Same here with the USB download(which I done 4 times) still same result. tried all other methods to fix it and absolutely nothing works, thinking of buying an Xbox tomorrow cause Sony are hopeless

If you are getting the same results as the guy above you have downloaded the wrong update file,you need the re-installation update file which is around 900mb.

Check your available free storage space if it's low make more room.

Have you got a link to The 900 mb one? as it’s came up 350 mb when I downloaded on the usb

Same web page you got the update from but scroll down to Perform a New Installation of the System Softrware,expand that tab the re-installation update file will be there.

I have the same problem but I'm not going to try anything with my console until this is fixed and I tried the USB thing but if it doesn't work then that's what I'm gonna do, you're right, I'm not risking all of my data just so it doesn't work

Usually just using a longer lead and moving the drive further away does the trick.

Try not to have it on top or to the left (as you look at the front of the console)

Mine sits just to the right and I have no problems at all.

I have tried using skullcandy headphines and sony earphones and niether are picking up my voice i can hear others but they cant hear me any solutions to this problem?

Just purchased the super deluxe edition , mainly for the friend codes, which dont seem to work and on top of that it showed that i only received 1 of the friend codes . Does anyone know what can be done.Starting to look like i just wasted $100

Mine is broken as well. I can’t change hidden games at all. I check boxes and uncheck them. Doesn’t even make a difference. I can’t even get into the ps3 and ps vita section. A error just shows up

Thats what happened to me as well. I sent an email to both epic and PSN but still have not received a response. I will post here once I know more. it seems like everyone is having this issue. I feel your pain I feel like I wasted $160 as well.
