ciao, ieri mentre la mia ps4 era accesa è saltata la corrente e da quel momento si accende in modalità provvisoria non riesco a fare niente, mi chiede l'aggiornamento con chiavetta usb, l'ho scaricato dal sito ma non lo legge..allego le foto delle varie schermate (in ordine di comparsa)..come posso fare?

Connecting ps4 to a monitor
Hey :)
I am trying to connect my PS4 to a pc monitor (Samsung curved).
The monitor seems to not receive the hdmi information - and at that point, the PS4 does not react at all to commands.
Only way to move forward would be cutting the electricity for the PS4 - which I don't want to do all the time.
Any ideas?

You need to go back to the download page at https://www.playstation.com/it-it/get-help/ps4-system-software/
Scroll down to the very bottom to the section called Nuova installazione del software di sistema
click on that to expand it, there is a download link for there installation file there. Use that NOT the smaller update files.
Read that section carefully and follow the steps in there.

Update files copying
Just to let you guys know the copying of files quickens with better internet connection. Obviously internet quality cannot be improved dramatically but if you have any other updates on the go while copying another update file, pause the other file to prioritise the file you want. Just a tip to speed it up while this problem still exists.

Bloodborne locked. Psplus still active.
This is definitely the account that purchased it. I said "my main account" at first because I've read some silly examples on the forum about people wondering why their little brother can't play x on their accounts etc. In the end I made it more confusing, sorry about that.
In the library section, it appears under all and games, but not under purchased and ps+. Which is super weird, because I got it because it was free, played it since, and only stopped because it got locked for some reason. I never stopped my subscription at any point either...

Error Code SU-41350-3 (it's not in the ec directory)
This is hardware related issue. Period.
If you are 100% sure you've taken all the steps precisely, then I have bad news for you, your console needs internal component fix. Due to power interference/ shut off while updating such electronical chips as NOR chip's HEX info inside goes corrupted, so it needs resoldering and reprogramming. Also those who gets error code SU-41283-8 (which about Sony does not speak anything about, Sony cmon!), you are also prone to Bluetooth/Wifi chip failure. There are several videos on YouTube how electrical technicians are fixing those issues.
I am going through the same process right now, so as I got any results, I will inform here. I highly doubt it is an easy fix.

If you click on it through the “All” or “Games” tab, do you get an option to open/start/play (whatever the option is)?
Also, just had a thought. In the “Purchased” and “PS+” sections, have you scrolled down to the bottom? Games that are not currently installed on the system are shown at the top, then under that is a seperate section for installed games

Incredibly slow internet speeds [PS4]
If anyone on here is still getting this problem let me know. Im pretty sure its not just my wifi. Psn Servers suck. Period. This is my first time being able to sign in on any computer without it glitching. ive tried setting up public dns to "help my connnection" Anybody have solutions

I literally just got my ps4 used from gamestop bought origins and god of war I turned the game on there was god of war on it downloaded already so I started origins and it just won't download I have to go and take my games back probably but if you have the receipt take it back get it from pen that s what I'm probably going to do

I have also recently had this problem. I have had to completely reset my playstation a number of times - now happening about twice a week - and it's impossible to make any progress with games.
This also seems to be since the latest firmware updates.
Please can Sony confirm how to fix this or release a new update which rectifies the issue?

Black screen on PS4 Pro startup (Not the HDCP issuie)

My tv. is Sony X900e and I have the same problem. It happens twice or three times amonth. When I turn the ps4 pro on and then turn my tv. on, I recieve a black screen with sound on. There is a signal for sure because when I press info on rhe remote it gives me that there is a signal on the screen, but black screen with sound on. Even if I turn the tv off and on again the problem persists. The only way to solve it is either to unplug and replug the hdmi cable, or to restart my ps4 pro and everything becomes ok. Once again as I previously said that this happens two to three times amonth. I think that this is a signal handshake between the tv and the console, sometimes the tv does not receive signal not more than that. It is not a hardware issue since this rarely happens.

Headset not functioning
You got an Apple spec crap headset...
After years of people posting that APPLE spec mics will not work on DS4 all over the internet and want to Know why it wont work...
Because Apple spec crap headset inline cable mics on Digital controll box cables do not work on DS4...
Apple spec require 3 volts feed
DS4 only supplies 2 volts
Apple requires 500 micro amps
DS4 supplies only ~350 micro amps..
