I brought the season pass 2 of tekken 7 when it. After I got it, I was able to install the characters but the season pass itself. I went to ps store and check to see if i can install it. I went on the season pass 2 page and it was only marked 'puchased' while the other dlc were marked 'installed'. I got kinda mad and checked to see whats wrong. I tried to restart my ps4 but I still couldn't. I tried to restore license still couldn't. I liked the season pass 2 and another dlc to check it on my activities. I checked the season pass 2 and it had a download bar with X in the middle. I also checked the other dlc and it had the start button. I checked the game page, add-on and it wasn't there. You know what ***** me off the most, I went to my other account and went to the game page, add-on and guess what.... I saw it there. Idk what is happening but I think i just got ripped off by either Bandai Namco or PSN and I'm *****

I'm having that same problem I can't stand an empty profile picture but you have to use the Playstation App on your smartphone to upload a pic so far I haven't succeeded to do that because it keeps reading error on the App

PlayStation store took my money and didn’t give me the game
So I went to purchase Spider Man from the PlayStation store. I had the funds in my wallet, I have plenty of space. Everything was fine and ready. So I clicked purchase and it was added to my cart, I checked out. Paid for it, it said thank you for your purchase. I got off the store without going to the download now option screen. I went back right afterwards to start downloading it and it showed that I hadn’t purchased it anywhere and the money is gone. I hope it fixes itself. I don’t know what to say.

Probably not.
Connection stability is one cause of this error and with Destiny 2 being an online only game I would say that would be the case.

can't log into ps4
Exactly the same problem here. Got my new PS4 yesterday and when trying to sign in it got all the way to the end of the privacy settings then booted me out with "An error has occurred". Tried several times with the same result. I then logged on to my account on my laptop and iPhone - noticed that my Real Name on my profile was blank and tried to update it but it failed with "An error occurred while performing this operation". Everything else on my account seems fine so I'm leaning towards the Real Name issue being the root of the problem. Phoned support and went through it all with a very helpful guy but he couldn't shed any light on the problem. He was focussing on the PS4 being the issue and has sent me a list of operations to start the PS in safe mode, perform a system software
update and rebuild the database. Haven't tried this yet as I'm sure it's nothing to do with the console and everything to do with my account. Like RoTTeNOTTeR, I created a dummy account and managed to log in absolutely fine so it's definitely an account problem. VERY frustrating!
