Downloading and game issues
So ive recently purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 and i first bought it on disc. I was having issues trying to play as it was giving me system software failure codes. So i used safe mode option 4 my first time and it didnt do a single thing. I then contacted sony themselves and they told me to use safe mode option 5 and i did and i still had the same problem. So i returned the game and then i bought the game card to get it digitallh and now when i try to download it it will stop in he middle of mh download about a little over 3/4s of the way done and tell me it lost server connection with a error code of ce-36329-6. So i shut my ps4 down and use safe mode option 4 again then its fine. But can someone please tell me why i have to do this to get this game installed and playable. And im also having issues with i can be playing and itll just crash on me saying the data im playing the game on is corrupted. Somone please help me.

Error code SU-41336-7
I managed to solve this by doing the following: 1) Pull the power plug out the socket and leaving the PS4 unplugged for 15 minutes 2) Plug power plug back in and press the start button for about 8 seconds. You will hear one beep and another a bit later. When you hear the 2nd beep release the start button and wait for the PS4 to load into Safe Mode 3) The Safe Mode menu should appear. Choose Option 2 - Change Resolution. Select the highest resolution possible. 4) Wait for changes to take place.
Hopefully this works for you too! As a precaution I checked to see whether the latest software was installed (Settings). All was well. Suffice to say, my partner is now back on his PS4 and I'm getting back to my Cisco homework.

Try freeing up a little more free storage space.
The recommended is 150GB free if you are around that figure try freeing up a little more.
Head to notifications press the option button and delete all download and upload notification messages, if this gets a bit full it can affect downloading and installing content.

Red Dead Redemption 2 not installing
I feel like a complete ***** right now, I have been trying to install my brand new copy of RDR2 all afternoon
and evening, I deleted a number of other games to free up about 200Gb, and I followed every other suggestion I
could find on You Tube only to have "Copying application data from the data disc is complete. Insert the play
disc to copy the rest of the application data".
I packed the disc back into the case, only to realise that there is a SECOND disc!

Red Dead Redemption 2 not installing
Same thing happened to me with the disc install and this is how I fixed it;
Problem
1. First time installing it the Data disc installed fine, but noticed the disc drive started to become erratic at it stalled at 23 gb on the Play disc. From there is just sat at 99+ hours to install
2. Tried install again and the drive became erratic and stalled on the Data disc at 22 gb and gave the "Error"
3. Returned the disc for a new one and it stalled\erratic again on the the Data disc at 22 gb
Fix
1. Installed again; made sure I have 200gb free first
2. Paused the update file when it automatically started when putting the disc in
3. Waited for the drive to become erratic again on the Data disc at 22gb. Pulled the disc for about a minute, and cleaned any dust off. For some reason found streaks and a bunch of dust on the disc. Had the disc pulled for maybe a minute.
4. Put the disc back in and it finished the install of the Data disc.
5. Repeated the process with of the Play disc; it became erratic at 22gb again
6. Finished install
7. Playing RDR2

I can receive messages on PS4 just fine but when i come to my computer and go to playstation.com and open my messages they dont show up. It really stresses me out. It has been like this since yesterday.

Error Code SU-41350-3 (it's not in the ec directory)
Hey guys. I had the same problem while installing new hdd. But i figured it out. You have to download the reinsatll file from PlayStation.com
On buttom of the page there is a link for those who are about to insatll new hdd. I can't remember the sentence. The file should be around 1GB. I KNOW all of you have done it. One thing which I didn't consider, was my device's region. So find out your device region and if needed, use a vpn to get the correct file. Good luck

I;m having the same situation. When i put the disk in it set disk error, but when i hit X again it runs, but the game is now stuck at 10.60% and only increases when i start free battle. I left it on over night but didn't work what should i do now?

Green area on screen with HDR
Hi,
My PS4 Pro works perfectly with 4K no HDR and there are no problems when I turn on HDR on the PS4 Home Screen (Menu), but as soon as I start a game there will be a green area on the screen and it won't disappear until i shut down the game. I have tried switching HDMI cable, I have tried switching between devices on the monitor when it happens just to "change picture" for a while and then try to switch back with no success. Anyone have some tips or tricks on how to fix this? I have another 4K TV nearby but not that one does not have HDR and it is HDR that is the problem..
