KH 2.5 Doesn't open save interface

While playing KH 2.5 during BBS the game stopped opening the save interface. I go to a save point and click on save.

It pops up with a red box that says "Checking save data on system storage" then another that says "Accessing System Storage. Don't turn off power" then goes back to the save menu without opening the save interface. I don't want to try resetting the console as I have made significant progress since the last save (and some really difficult stuff for me). 
I have tried: going to a different save point, opening the home menu of the PS4 then going back to the game, and passing a cut scene. None of these have fixed the issue.

I have a couple of games that I can't get the plat for because of glitched/broken trophies.

 

All you can do is contact the developer and hope they fix it, but tbh they probably won't because they don't really care. They have your money :)

I woke up today and turned on my PS4 to listen to Spotify like I usually do. But when I turned it on, I found songs from artists I'd never heard of before in my saved songs. I had originally thought someone had gotten into my Spotify account but then I saw that one of the artist's names was still in the search bar of Spotify on my PS4. I then tried testing whether search boxes carried over between devices on my Spotify account thinking it may still be my Spotify that's compromised but didn't see anything of the sort. I then Changed my Spotify password and PlayStation account password just to be sure and checked my consoles remote play history but didn't see anything. However, the fact that the songs appeared to be added by my console which I was sleeping in front of all night still bothers me and so I thought I'd post here about it. Not sure if its an account problem or what so I just posted it in the PS4 support rather than Account support. Sorry if that's wrong. Any help about what may have happened would be appreciated. As an after thought, I should mention I bought the PS4 used online. Don't know if someone having access to the hardware before I had it effects anything. I did reset it completely after getting it though.

Need Help I Have The Same Problem Just Happened Yesterday. I Restart my console 6 times did not work. call psn told me it was my internet. Cant send or click on the message or it will just pop up my gamertag. This is so annoying

Nope only Fortnite does..

 

Once the titles of war thunder, FF14 and warframe are launched and on the Game menus the USB drivers are then fully loaded and updated, the DS4 is not required untill you need it again for sections that work better with a DS4...

 

The USB drivers are only enabled by the actual game loading them in to the game thats why you still need the DS4 to launch the games as the updates to support changes to the USB mouse drivers are not done till after the game engine is past the update checks...

 

Warframe is way better now that the E mele key fix works with more keyboards now...

Same problems. Same error message. Same slow 5Ghz, but decent 2.4ghz. Same has router set up correctly. This is day 1 with this PS4 Pro, not looking good.

Ok. Thanks for the help. I connected to the internet with a cable and that fixed the download speed, but didn't fix the corrupted data error. Any other ideas?

There was another user asking about this too.

 

Seems like it might be an issue with the pass. Might be better off asking them about it on Twitter or lodge a ticket with Hi-Rez Studios support.

So the last couple days this is weird but has worked every time so far.. when i turn my ps4 pro on i get to the profile selection screen and get the error code but i wait like 30 secs to one minute before i click my profile and it had connected every time so far

It could be another nearby device causing interference.

Do you have a controller paired with a PC, extended storage for the PS4 or wifi router etc close to your console?

To be honest, I think it's a Spotify problem rather than PS4 or PSN/SEN account.

 

Spotify uses it's own log in credentials, not your PSN/SEN account details.

 

Looking on the net, it seems to happen quite a lot.
