Have you tried it on a different TV?
If it ain't booting, remote play on a pc isn't going to help.

looks like an overheat issue try opening the ps4 and cleaning the fans and all vents also make sure its well ventilated

Hey, I have brought the PS4 Wireless Stereo Headset 2.0 but have noticed issues with it being used as wired. It only has sound coming out of one ear. I can hear voice chat and game sound but out of only one ear. But whenever I play wireless I can hear perfectly and out of both ears.
Are you using the cable that came with the headset and is it pushed in properly (both ends)?

I think when it flicks then it is some picture...
Second thing is when it flicks repeatedly in constant period cycle, it can be some burned piece of hardware that depends of powering the graphics, beyond my authority
Yep, and yea I've tried pushing it in as hard as I can but it still only comes out of one ear. :)
Tried in another tv worked put back in my normal tv and it came up with picture again.
maybe blowing in the hole make difference? or clean with some stick. Jack-hole can be dirt inside...Did You checked some other DS4?
My fix was to change my Wifi-password, then it worked. Although my connection speed went from approximately 50-10 mb/s to 900k-2mb/s. But, at least there's an Internet connection now.
Do you have another 4 pole 3.5mm jack lead you can try, or another controller?
I have the same problem, But tbh with you I shouldn't worry, because you preordered on the store itself the beta downloads automatically without code needed and I'm aware that the theme is only available in the USA and nowhere else

Yes thats the case at the moment. It works fine on the 'fat' original PS4's. Reinhard has personally tested this as he still has an original one to use.
All of the info i've gathered and shared really does point towards there being an overlooked manufacture error in the PS4 slim creation. I just hope Sony see this problem and come up with a way to fix it.
