Go into the purchased section of your library. Episode 1 should be in there. Download episode 1 from here. Then play episode 1. Download episodes 2 and 3 from within the game, or the store. Play via the episodes button.

Fan still running in rest mode
Backing up everything except the games, re-initializing the PS4 and then restoring the backup solved the fan issue for me. Thanks for that suggestion!
Sorry for the reply to the old thread, but I have to add a piece of advice for anyone reading this: Rebuild your database via safe mode immediately after restoring your backup and before downloading the games. Otherwise, the PS4 will list all DLCs you previously had as "installed" and you'll have no idea which ones you need to re-download.

My ps4 controller "ps" button is not working. Yes , I tried reset. It does not sync, it does not blink when i press It. It just goes orange when i plug It to charge. I always took care of It and now im really disapointed in this thing. I dont have my ps4 for a long time not Even a year. Really disapointed

Yes.. the Link that I gave does not required Sony to send an email.. You just need to know both the email address and DOB associated to the Account.
Read further down, that you don't know this DOB.
Well, in a short few words... If you can no longer sign into this Account, then access to it has gone.. DOB is needed to regain access, as it forms part of the Security process when you call Support.
However, if the Account is still on the Console and it was Activated as Primary before you could not sign in.. You should be able to at least play the Games that you may have purchased on it.. The Account only needs to be on the Console, doesn't need to be signed in to share its Contents. If it is not Primary.. I'm not too sure if you can set it to Primary.. you may have to be signed in to do this function. And you cannot sign into it.
Leaving the original Account on the Console also gives you the option to create another Account.. If that Account is Primary, it could share Games and Content to your new Account (probably the Account you are Posting here with).

Lack of patience and some frustration got me shopping around for one as well... (gotta say forza horizon 3 hotweels looks fun!)
I can't even play right now or even fix my ps4 if there were a fix but the lack of communication of Sony towards the affected customers is just frustrating... Shows again how important proper customer care is.
