I reset and restarted both main output/inlet, fibre modem and router going on 100's of times by now. I've even got my ISP to assign me a static IP (temporarily).
And as for logic, this is my point, it is not just with the isp the fault lies if Sony's banned my IP. Also, PlayStation's customer service can't make up their minds, but most of them are of the idea this has not happened.
Anyway, I am sorry if it sounds as if I am going against you. It is important for me to express how much I appreciate your time and help. Truly. Thank you.

What were you trying to tell me about settings? Is that something I can look up here (searched for days and found nothing)?
