Hi everyone.
When trying to access my clan's group chat message since the most recent playstation update, I get a very brief look at the messages before being brought out to a "Rebuilding Database" message that doesn't ever clear up as far as I can tell. I left the console to run the "rebuilding Database" for over 30 minutes one day, and have since manually rebuilt the database with no change.
This only happens with the one group chat that I'm in, and I have no problems sharing doing anything in other chats, but I can neither send messages nor screenshots in this chat because of this problem.
Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
