Hello dear playstation
i have this American account which i use to play games since 2010 where i got my ps3 (king-dennis2010) , i live in libya so because we have no region there i made an American account cause i can acquire american PSN cards from here they are the only ones thats available here to get my game DLCs and Indie games and i love my playstation experience so much , i got a ps4 now and i played with the same account , until recently i opened it when it said ( your playstation isnt activated as primary on this console ) i tried to activate it to see theres another ps4 activated as primary and i cant activate mine , i checked my ballance there was more than 30 dollars missing from my account ballance , i checked to see an email saying ive purchased assassins creed unity and assassins creed syndicate which i didnt get , i didnt even download them cause they are too big and i have a slow internet and because i didnt want to buy them , someone hacked my account and even made his console the primary playstation ,i changed my password and logged in , i logged into playstation entertainment account tried to deactivate all my accounts , it didn’t work said i can do it only once every six months which i didnt recently but i think someone hacked my account so now am locked and i cant lose my account , all am asking is to give me the ability one more time to deactivate all playstations so i can activate mine as primary again , i have the email that i use to log in and have the password and the security questions and all proof that the account is mine , tried to contact u it sent me into a direct chat , and since am in libya it couldn’t connect me , i contacted playstation ME they said my account is american so i have to contacts Playstation US , Its really so tiring i donno what to do , will you help me out please ?
