Thanks. Yeah patch history shows 1.10, and as I said in my original post, "When I click on 'check for updates' it says 1.01 is the most up to date, but this clearly isn't the case?".
The game is a disc version I got after trading in some old titles. If worst come to worst, I might pick up a digital copy and exchange the disc version for something else.
