Try to perform a License restoration. Settings>Account Management> Restore Licenses.
If it doesn't work Try to Rebuild Data Base.
Turn of PS> Press and hold power button until you hear 2 beeps and choose option 5. Connect the controller with a USB because it doesn't work wireless in safe mode.
