Error SU-42118-6 while updating to 6.0
Sadly there is no fix. Its a very old error and apparently Sony doesn't care.

If you have PS+ the data should be saved on the cloud as well. You can recover it from there.

The saves on the cloud would be a small amount of data. You could also use an external hard drive to store everything on.
