i bought ps4 pro a year ago and after a time i spotted this sound

The video is not mine however the sound is the same.
the console is on the same place since i bought it, never fell on the ground, nothing
and yesterday i played gran turismo and i would bet that the console behaves like it loses its power.
its out of warranty, i cant find the box with the proof of buying, propably in garbage already..
does anybody know what can i do with it?
