I recently upgraded my PS4 to a 1TB, saved all my data to the online cloud storage as suggested, when I went to reinstall all my saved data I got the following message "the application for this saved data is not installed". I now have to reinstall every game I have played. After looking through many sites on changing my HDD, none of them mention this (even on the Sony Playstation site they fail to do it). So just be warned, if you haved a lot of saved data be prepared for a long wait!!!!
