Power did nothing, but disconnecting the LAN fixed it right up. A patch better come out soon to address. I don't want to have to connect and disconnect manually for very long.

Update:I have just found out that the PS4 wont connect to the router unless i use the WPS button on the router.y roommate has xfinity. His xbox is connected no problem through ethernet.
