For some reason when i go and try to use the 5.03 Reinstallation file on my usb it says that i cant use it. It just tells me to download the update file for 5.03 of later over and over again even tho thats the file.

Hi there
How can I secure the web browser on ps4 without having to pay for the protection? We can't use the web browser to look up anything without disgusting pop ups showing up.
We have the highest parent controls on but the only option available is to restrict ALL use on the web browser or full access.
in this day and age a family console should have options to protect children against such things, and I shouldn't have to pay extra for it!

What is a good USB hub that looks nice on the PS4. I was going to get one that fits on the front connection to the two existing ports but then I can't use an external HDD, so what is a nice looking and obviously compatible one?
I currently use two ports for a headset and a VenomX mouse adaptor.

I use a usb1 hub on my ps3, and a USB2 hub on my ps4. It's tucked out of the way behind a leg of my TV stand.

Hey! I can't download this update on my ps4. It keeps giving me the NW-31456-9 error despite my internet connection being fine and the ps servers up and running. In fact, I can't download anything on the ps4.
