Purchase a TopUp Voucher then, pointless scratching your head. Cards have always been troublesome, they can work one day and the next day.. not.
Just make sure that the Voucher has the same Flag as the PSN Account you are trying to Redeem it against.
You can get some good deals with online Retailers, often cheaper than face value. And the bonus.... you can pay with your Card.

Online Retailers like CDKeys, Amazon and PlayAsia are popular sites that Forum Members use, they are very good and trusted sites.
I use Network and Voucher TopUps myself.
Adding Card details lets Sony access to auto renewing for this 'n' that... (many people forget to turn the auto feature to OFF)... if you don't have a Card added or money in the Wallet, they cannot take your money.

There might well be no problem.
The account management module is known for throwing wobblies, where it will say something is wrong, even when there isn't.
When this happens, resist the temptation to continue to attempt to fix, because your account gets flagged on their system. The first flag means a 24 hour lockout, the second 48 hours etc. The only problem is you have no way of knowing this, so you keep trying to fix it which t
Leads to a longer lockout... A vicious circle.
The best thing you can do is to walkaway, and make no attempt to fix anything for 48 hours.
If you must buy now, do as

Yes, you must have the ps4 you want to reach set as primary for your account. How else is it going to find it, especially if you're connecting across the Web?
If you have to, take the primary status off any other console. You can set it back at any time.
It doe mention about manual pairing if you are trying to connect to your account on a system for which your psn is not set as primary.

That sucks. I can either game share with my sons ps4 or remote play my ps4 away from home. Not both ( although could just keep switching the primary ps4 i guess or remote play my sons ps4 if hes not using it, but still can only do one at a time.

Sony Bravia XE70 + PS Pro
Hello,
I’m struggling with setting up my new Bravia XE70 with PS Pro.
First of all, the video output screen says that my TV does not support 4K HDR. It’s not true and I can’t find anything in the TV settings. The resolution is good, however.
Secondly, when I play WipeOut Omega Collection, the TV immediately goes to 1080p mode and I can’t force it back to 4K. This does not happen with other games.
However, in Shadow of the Colossus if I turn HDR on in the settings, it Also goes to 1080p. If I turn it off, it goes back to 4K. I take it that since my PS thinks the TV is not 4K HDR, it forces games with HDR to go in 1080p and this is what happens with Wipeout sińce I can’t choose to have or not have HDR.
Does this situation come from the fact that I need to turn HDR manually as a Stage in TV settings and that it’s not an Android TV? I can’t make anything out of it.
I’m using the HDMI cable that came with the console.

But all my ports support it and I already tired switching them. There is also no enhanced mode in the TV options. It’s not android so the guides don’t help.

I've been trying this update on a fresh hard drive and keep getting error SU-42118-6, then only gives me the option to turn off the ps4. I have the 900MB file. dont know what else i can try.

Got it, thanks mate! Turns out the enhanced settings were in a very oblivious place in the settings, maybe it’s the Polish translation that got in the way. It’s all good now.
