Try downloading over a different internet connection,different web browser and/or another USB device,SU errors are corrupted downloads.

I’ve started a case on resolver.co.uk, it’s an independent complaints company that Sony are registered with. I suggest anyone with the 5.05v update issue uses them. If you are not satisfied with Sony lies about why your PS4 isn’t working anymore they escalate the complaint to the head of UK and Northern Ireland.

My PS4 updated fine with 5.05v over Wi-fi, my sons didn’t. His is ‘bricked now’ unless I take it apart and disconnect the Blu-ray drive then update. I have a case against Sony now.Bought them from different shops in the space of 2 weeks in December 2016.

Also set the "scene" to auto, otherwise you will constantly be manually changing the scene depending on what you're playing. It will either be too bright and washed out, or too much colour. Auto picks the correct scene every time

Ps4 games update problems.
Hello. So the issue is like this.
With everysingle game, when ever there is an update, the ps4 always says that tjere is not enough space.
The problem is that for example:
Overwatch, patch 2.23. Let us suppose that the patch is 300 mg, well, the playstation tells me that I need space enought to download the whole game again and all of its previous updates, in this example I need a little more than 20 GB which is the whole game and all.the previous updates.
I hope I made myself clear.

You actually need double that, so 40GB.
20GB for the actual download, plus 20GB the PS4 reserves on the HDD to install it. Once installed, you will have 20GB free again

Ps4 turns on but shows black screen
I turn the ps4 on and it turns on fine. But on the tv it shows only a black screen. The tv reads that there is a hdmi pmugged in but it shows only the no signal sign. I tried turning it on and off amd tried to go failsafe but when holding the button for the second sound it turns off. I dont know what to do pleade please help me.

Switch off both PS4 and tv for 5 minutes and switch off the TV at the mains,when sound or picture isn't displayed it's usually an HDMI handshake issue.

PS4 Pro constantly crashes.
It happens to me quite often too. I feel it's the constant updates what's bringing the problem. I bought the PS4 Pro about 4 months ago, not only it crashes but also it formats my account info which forces me to start the whole thing as if I had just bought it. I find this unacceptable considering I spent 500$ for this! I have had a PS3 for over 7 years and have never had an issue with it. I will return my PS4 Pro console this weekend. I had enough!
