It happens to me quite often too. I can do absolutely nothing but disconnect it. I feel it's the constant updates what's bringing the problem. I bought the PS4 Pro about 4 months ago, not only it crashes but also it formats my account info which forces me to start the whole thing as if I had just bought it. I find this unacceptable considering I spent 500$ for this! I have had a PS3 for over 7 years and have never had an issue with it. I will return my PS4 Pro console this weekend. I had enough!

Start the PS4 in safe mode and select option 5, rebuild database. Safe mode instructions are HERE
Also you say all you can do is disconnect it, do mean pull the power plug while it on ?? because that certainly is no good for it either

Im having trouble getting onto the play station store, I cant login to my PSN and nothing is really working, a error code (CE-30391-6) keeps popping up that prevents me from playing certain games ect. Ive tried restarting it, we tried to turn the internet off and on, and we have tried many other things. Can anyone help, thank you.

WS errors seem to be different kinds of connection errors, so I'd try the ol' reset of your network equipment as well as the console (if you haven't already?)

So I’m not sure what happened but ever since the update the audio coming from my sound system has been noticeably out of sync, by at least half a second. The sound system I’m using is an older one but I haven’t had this issue until the update. Is there any way I can tweak either the sound system or the PS4 to fix it?

My issue here is, my PS4 says it’s running on update 5.05 but it’s super slow, laggy, and would freeze when I play anything. Went to safe mode and for some reason says I still have to download 5.05, which I did a million times at this point.

If you haven't downloaded the re-installation update file which is around 900mb you have the wrong update file.
The re-installation update file is found further down the System Software web page under "Perform a New Installation of the System Software"

Try safe mode option 3 first and direct download over the internet or the regular update via USB which is approximately 300mb the smaller file.
If that doesn't work look at the more drastic options which included initialising and the re-installation update file.
