Set up a new user on your console. It should ask you to set up psn while you do that. Sign in using your psn details. After you'e done that an error will pop up. Once that happens switch back to your own user and try to sign in as you normally would You should have no issues.

Absoluetly no wifi after 5.50 update
I updated my ps4 to 5.50 the day it was pushed on me because I can't use playstation network or play online at all unless my system is up to date. So I updated instead of waiting. Now I can't connect to my wifi. I tried all the suggested options like resetting system and router a few times. Waiting 10-15 minutes. All that stuff. Even redoing the set-up for the connection and changing the dns 3 different times. Nothing works. My system seems fine outside this but with zero ability to connect to wifi, I can't even download an update to patch this problem if they release one. It happens when I test the connection while its trying to retrieve IP Address.This is exactly what my system says when I try to connect: Cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network. The security method might not be correct. How can my security method be wrong If no one changed it?

So my flash drive has the update on it but my PS4 is not recognizing it at all . So does that mean I gotta go back on the computer with the flash drive plugged in and figure out how to change the format to FAT32 ? PLEASE I NEED HELP

I downloaded the first Crash Bandicoot game on the ps3 but the game continuously freezes on the same level. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times but that didn't work. I went looking online to see if people had similar problems and I found multiple forums with people having the same problem as me. I wish I hadn't bought this broken game on your service as i was really enjoying it up until this point.

That depends on what you are trying to do with it.
If you are using the 2TB drive to replace the internal system hďd, you need to get it 100% working in your console.
You could put your 500GB drive back in, and use the 2TB as extended storage, then the adapter could be used for that. You still need to get the 2TB drive totally reliable, though

Contacted internet service provider and all ports are open and I called psn 3 times still can't login to psn did a system reboot and reset router and still not logging into psn my ps4 is connected to the internet but wont logging error code NP-40831-6 keeps popping up started after 5.50 patch came out can't chat or do any online featres please help
