The sale of imports is rife in the Middle East. Just because you bought in the UAE, doesn't mean it's the version of the game intended for sale there. What's the product code (4 letters followed by 5 numbers, i.e. XXXX YYYYY) printed on the spine of the game's case, or printed on the game disc itself?

Hi i had the same problem..but if you go to the notifications downloads in the main PS4 screen..then click on the icon with the actual Frozen Wilds installation and it should load up correctly from there!

PS4 System Software Update 5.55 [17/05/18]
Few days ago when I play Blu ray on my PS4 Pro it sometimes black screen *audio too* for 2-5 secs then comes back. I don't know if 5.55 is causing this but I had no problems until now. Has anyone having this problem recently or know of fix?

There are so many pages here, hopefully someone will have a solution to my problem.
So the PS4 came into Safe Mode. I downloaded the latest version 5.55 and tried to re-install. After countless tries with "corrupt file messages", put in a new HDD and tried again. Now it tells me. "the update file cannot be used".
This is so frustrating.

PSN Messages Not Displaying
Hello All. It seems im in a bit of a problem.
it seems that my account has been bugged with its messages. and all my old messages have been completely removed.
I can receive messages.
but i cannot respond to them nor even open them it seems when i do. i end up "Creating a group with only my self, and other person gets kicked out AUTOMATICALLY, Once i refresh my page, the message is completely gone.
Can someone Please help me out.
I have no idea what is going on and im freaking out =(

i know what you mean, you receive the notification of a new message, press X to read it, the message screen appears, and then it kicks you out.... and when you try to send a message the system left you alone in the group.
and there is no message history to check either.
all the same that happened to me, the problem in my case was in my account (i put a friends account in my console and he was OK, only my account had the problem)
join a live chat with the support guys, and after enduring the troubleshooting start pushing and insisting that you need your case escalated.

ps4 pro flickering please help
Its not the cable..Thats been proven time and time again from forums to forums . I have tried every cable under the sun from $100 monster black platinum to belkins new 48 gig 2.1 hdmi and they all fail to fix the black flickering screen. The only thing that solved the issue is switching to yu-420 and thats hardly a fix since its compressing the rgb signal even more than the yuv-422 in return the picture doesnt pop and isnt as vibrant as the yuv-422. So if a cable fixed your flicker im guessing you had a diffrent issue than what must of us are here for or you havent gave it enough time to test it because make no mistake the cables will not fix this issue!
