It should be on the disc, something like CUSA-XXXX
All you can do is buy the disc for the same region as the PS store you bought the DLC from, or create an account that's the same region as the game disc, going by the product ID code in the link

hm only thing i got like that is ca 95054 but im sure that it part of the mailing address as its in the same box as mailing address lol
iv then got the numbers under serial which are 7 22674 12067 8
then a number on the side edge which is 2101927
and finally another number in a box above the barcode which i thought it might of been but couldnt find anything on it but it is 12067IN EN/CF

Rented a game and it says installed and not working
Quite a few games install in two parts. The first is enough to get you started playing while the rest of the game installs in the background.
Just leave it to fully install if that's the case.

ca 95054 is a North American zip code. Almost certainly has an ESRB rating on the front.
That would make it a US disc.
That's confirmed by the barcode number.

lol bingo cusa-05972 didnt read on the disc part sorry tired as heck trying to sort this lol so yer its 'us' and guessing the dlcs are 'eu' and thats a problem i guess lol um is there anyway to resolve and fix this . does anyone know if sony will fix things up for you or am i basically screwed to just have to buy a new disc ???

You can try and phone customer service but your chances of a refund are close to zero.
So you need the disc for the same country as your account so you can use the DLC

Sounds like you may need to arrange service via https://support.us.playstation.com/
or replace the controller. Do you have another working one?

Im having the same error code but I’ve been trying to upload music to sharefactory through the usb drive - I’ve formatted it to Fat32 and made the SHAREfactory / Music folders and still no luck - any fix for this?

Assassins Creed Origins stuck on waiting to install (disc version)
Even though some of you have given up! To be fair I was ready to launch it out the window 😂 For all those who still need support, you have to restart PS4, remove disc via option on controller, clean the disc, put back in & literally don’t touch anything! Don’t check if it’s installing! DONT TOUCH!! It’s done ✅

I'm in the same situation. It's a show stop over. I've tried to go back to the lake et returning the mountain but no way to find a workaround. My last hop is to reload a savegame.

I bought the season pass for call of duty black ops 3 20 months ago, and every time i download a DLC it won't install it says waiting to install,it's been like this for 20 months now, and yes both the account and the season pass and the game are the same region wich is UAE and yes the game is up to date, please anyone help me i've been wanting to play this game for so long.

You need to buy the European, Indian, Russian, South African & Oceanic version of the game. That's the only way you'll be able to make use of the DLC you purchased. Basically, the version of the game intended for sale in New Zealand.

I've tried every step, online and offline and I've worked tech support in my past. It would make no sense for it to be an issue this far into a consoles life cycle. Highly upset and returning the disk today to get a digital copy. Scared to ever buy a disk again

PS4 System Software Update 5.55 [17/05/18]
Hi,
Come to turn on my ps4, says it cannot start the ps4 and to download the update file on a storage device, done all that and moved the update file to the right folder on my usb stick. Plug it in my ps4 and says the file cannot be used, connect a usb storage device that contains an update file for reinstallation for version 5.55 or later. I'm stuck now
