All PS4 Support posts

I'm getting this issue and every time I enter my password it is replaced with the same symbols. Have restarted PS4 and tried password many times over a couple of days. Also have checked for system updates - all up to date. Has anyone got a fix for this?

I installed tails to a usb. How do i launch it on ps4?

Title sums it up pretty much. I can't access my messages on PlayStation anymore. When I click it my screen just freezes until I hit the home button. I can only use PlayStation messages now.

You can't.

Not on standard hardware at least.

What prompted you to try, did someone tell you that it was possible?

Hello, not too long ago I updated my ps4 to the new update, and then all of a sudden when turn my ps4 on it goes into safe mode and says i have to reinstall the 5.55 update through a usb storage device. I did that and it still says it can not be used. I need help please and thank you!!!

I discovered all 12, it says treasure hunt completed, but i still dont have the trophy. Its the last one i need for 100%,

I assumed I'd found all the maps, then realised I hadn't when I collected 'the last' treasure 😏

Help, I accidentally broke my first disc copy of fallout and bought another, same region. I wanted to upload the save files from that the original to the new installed fallout (had to delete it to install for some reason). I uploaded the old save files on ps plus, however, it says "no data" when I want to upload save files

Makin me out like I'm always the baddy 😏 it's very rare I get condescending and what ever the other thing I was called.

Just saying that in my personal playthrough I spent the majority of the game finding the treasures by stumbling across them by chance.

A couple of obvious ones like the Turtle I went out my to get whilst I knew where they were.

Then mopped the last two once I'd pretty much finished.

Then noticed the trophy hadn't pinged.

So cheated and used a guide to compare the count. Turns out I had missed a single map pick up, and guide was open anyway.. So.... 🙄

Hence another reason why its not a proud plat for me.

Said to you at the time I'd wasted a bunch of time a few times.

Thats the final reason ; is its a trophy hunters dream. If they use guides and have the difficulty down, they'll be knocking it out quicktime.
