Im getting the same error, but with differant effects.
Im also getting error codes CE-33986-9, CE-30002-5, CE-41875-5, NW-31253-4, CE-38703-1, NP-39225-1, NW-31247-7, CE-33987-0. Ive also been getting removed from online sessions and partys nonstop, for a while with error codes I dont have written down. And now I cant connect to PSN at all
I know its not my system, or my router, and theres nothing I would have been banned for. Do you have any advice?

All my messages got deleted
My PlayStation all of a sudden did not let me access any messages and acted like they don't exist, I still get the notification of people chatting but if I try to click on it, it just takes me back to the PlayStation menu, I tried using the app and it showed the same thing. As if I am in no groups. I tried creating a new group but my friend didn't even get added to it and he did not receive my messages

Nonstop Network errors.
For about 2 months now Ive been getting removed from parties and game sessions constantly, with the error codes NP-31928-3, NP-31950-8.
It has now gotten to the point where my system cant even connect to PSN. The error codes Ive been recieving for this include WS-41728-2, CE-33986-9, CE-30002-5, CE-41875-5, NW-31253-4, CE-38703-1, CE-36329-3, NP-39225-1, NW-31247-7, CE-33986-9, CE-33987-0.
I know theres nothing wrong with my router, or connection, and my tablet says PSN is up and running.
Ive tried clearing the cache, and know the system software is up to date.
PLEASE HELP!

The error code has something to do connection wise. I changed from my WiFi to a mobile hotspot and it fixed the problem. So you may be able to reset your WiFi and fix the problem, or if that doesn’t work try getting a mobile hotspot to download it on.

Party volume and game volume
If you got a built for PC first headset or a mobile 3.5mm headset you don't...
The headsets don't have any controlls and the PS4 settings in party chat as you know will only lower game audio... PC first will work with limited unctions
On built for console headsets there is a secondary controll called a Voice/chat Vs game/sound mixer controll added to the headset Or the headset has a Volume controll for voice/chat and a standalone volume for game/sound effects...
Built for PC function but have missing fuctions like virtual 5.1 or EQ and a mixer to balance the audio as they require PC driver software to do so...
With console headsets...
SIEA builds go with master volume then balance controll for chat vs sound
Turtle beach go two dials
Lucid sound go for 1 volume controll on each ear cup...
Astro include a smaller mixer balance dial... below the main volume dial...
Apple spec headset mics are not supported and none of the Apple spec digital controll boxes on the wires do any thing at all as there not supported... (thats all Apple spec headsets no matter the branding that are built for Iphone)...

System turns on and off after one beep
Randomly started doing it where it turns on, flashes blue and then off within a few seconds.
can get it into safe mode, also had it unplugged for like a month and tried it today and it stayed on for like 4 hours straight while fortnite was downloading (I have slow internet) and then I came back and it was off again, now doing what it was originally doing.
my buddy who’s knowledgeable in this sort of stuff thinks it may be a harddrive issue. Does this sound right? What could it be? Is there a cheap fix or should I just replace the whole thing?

It could be, and if you have a spare 2.5" hdd you can try in it, then it's worthwhile giving it a go.
It could be another hardware issue though so don't go buying a new hdd specially.
Sometimes the power supply can cause the same symptom and may just need reseating (remove it then reinstall it). No guarantees there either, but it's worth checking. Check somewhere like iFixit for instructions.
If neither of those help, it might be time to treat yourself to a new one.

This Issue on my Side Got Fixed Please make it your responsibility to pester Sony on your account. because it is not a system glitch it is your Account. that is glitched. trust me. mines just got fixed today after case being esculated. and my problem started on Sunday
