Yep 👍👍 I just felt like posting that method just in case someone is in the same situation

You can't you need a TV.

A monitor would be fine, but you need a screen.

I use remote play a bit and it works well but if you switch ps4 on and it doesn't log online, for example if there is a new update, you won't be able to find and connect to it.

What do I do :( Is there anyone that can contact head office?

I just bought the game 30 min ago, and it wouldn't download either.

But i used my phone to go to my account in browser (probably works on pc as well) and there i was able to click download to ps4, and my ps4 instantly started DL...

Try going to your library then you should see spiderman under purchased, select it, at the top should be download.

and as mentioned in my first post and also in my last post in response to ' reply regarding my internet, it is not the internet that is causing the problem. As can be seen throughout my posts, the issue resides with the PlayStation Network account itself. I kindly ask that if you do not wish to contribute to the topic at hand appropriately, respectfully or with viable solutions please do not comment on my thread no-longer as it not only wastes your time, but mine too when I would rather be reading acceptable solutions. Thank you.

If it was the PSN then everyone would be on here complaining, and the forums would be bombarded with the same type of threads.
