As I stated in my reply above yours, the issue resides with the "PlayStation Network account" I never stated the whole of PlayStation nor did I insinuate such. As you can also see in the other threads I linked in my first post, others are stating this is isolated and headquarters had to have network engineers to "fix the accounts" basically.

This forum was on the official PlayStation.com website? I presumed that this was moderated by Sony and was an official forum. If this forum wasn't official I don't know why It'd on the PlayStation website in the first place. I mean, there's even a PS4 help section. it's just bizarre that there's a help section when you've just admitted "no one on here can help".
Don't worry, I'm going to request this thread be closed so I can link it in when I phone into customer service tomorrow then they have the full issue at hand as I've written it all in my first post.

Hello guys,
I'm from Germany but I am in US for couple of months and always when I'm trying to play online it doesn't work. It doesn't find any online players. Maybe because I'm still playing/searching on European servers? I can't find anything about it when I searched for it. Hope you can help me out!

My playstation wont let me download fortnite and pops up with a tell me more tab and when i click on it an error page pops up saying:

Appear offline bug
I’m in the same boat has been about 11 days now. If I connect to different internet it works but not with my main internet. Try connecting to a Mobil hotspot and seeing if that changes your problem and brings it back online. But then when you switch it will go back to offline. Tried all the ways to fix according to on here but nothing worked. PSN support was no help also! If you find out anythig
