I've got this error code for almost two weeks, I have tried everything listed above and nothing works. Sony tells me to call my IPprovider, They tell me to call Sony. I'm upset that i pay for a service that doesn't work.

DS4 Immediately turns off after turning on
It just blinks white then blue, after a period of 1 - 3 seconds, it turns off. The console then repeatedly say "DUALSHOCK 4 disconnected. Charge the battery." and "DUALSHOCK 4 Battery level low." when the controller is off. It doesn't charge either, the light bar stays off. I tried many different USB Cables, plugged it on another device, used the cable that came with the controller, plugged it on a phone charger.
The first issue was that it doesn't charge at all, yet I can use it for more than 4 hours on zero bars, only while plugged to a charger. I tried plugging it once to the console but it still functioned like I said. Then it came to the current issue. I was turning the console on and launched the game "Monster Hunter: World", it launched successfully. Minutes in-game, the issue occurred.
I tried connecting the controller via different USB cables (including the one that came with the controller) while in Safe Mode, it didn't work.
I really need help 'cause I can't live another day without playing PS4.

PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
hey I just recently got a ps4 and im getting black outs. I notice when the picture comes back there is slight static on the picture. I found a temp fix but it wont last long, I just unplug the HDMI cable and reconnect it. the picture is fine for a while then it comes back. I cant play bloodbourn like this LOL
I did everything people suggested but still nothing. this is kinda insane, I was sooo surprised to see soo many people with the same issue and the complaints started in 2016!!!

Press and hold the button in for 10 seconds with a pin or unfolded paperclip.

Dualshock 4 touchpad not working
I am also facing same problem. None of my PSN's button and touchpad not working. I read a post at https://windowsclassroom.com/touchpad-not-working-windows-10/ but this post is all about windows.

Hi, I'd be interested to know your set-up. Are going direct from PS4 to tv or through an amp or anything else? Have you tried a different hdmi cable? There are so many different solutions on here, the consensus seems to be its a handshake issue between the ps4 and TV but different hardware elements effect that process differently. Good luck.

I just tried this after everything else failing and it worked haha.
I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but I just went into the app, turned the controller off and then on again, and then it worked.

Ps4 won't play DVD
When i try to put a dvd in It comes up with error code “cannot play this disc due to region restrictions (CE-35489-9)”
this disc is a part of a set, and its the 5th disc, and all the other ones before it have worked. I bought both the set and the ps4 in the same region even same city and everything. Ive looked on other forums but they same the same stuff about being in different regions obviously but the dvd set and ps4 are from the same. Can some help please?

ps4 controller freezes/locksup help???
Yeah ive tried that as well also by holding the ps button on controller to turn it off and back on if you hold the ps button for 10seconds itll force shut down the controller but i also did the pin hole thing and it still happened the thing is it working it never happened during game play..
Its always and rare too like once maybe twice a week sometimes less its random if my console is off or in rest mode i turn the console on by controller itll boot up fine but as soon as the menu dashboard shows my controller will lockup and freeze with the light still on i then turn the controller off and back on and it synced and works..
But why does my controller freeze lockup like that during bootup on random times??
Also i cant take it back the console is like 3 months old store warrenty is 4 weeks

Ok,
I've been having some issues lately with my ps4 console..
this started ever since 5.55...
I keep randomely getting this error system software error has occured
with that code...
this happens when i browse store,watch youtube, sometimes just on dashboard..
and now today i just turned on my console from rest mode and i guess it crashed there too
cause i was greeted with that last time my console was used it had a system software error it said...
so whats going on has any one been getting this too lately????
