Is anyone able to help me out here. I am getting an error message when trying to play Sniper Elite 4 (for the first time) which is CE-32808-1. The error message program states it doesn't exist yet I can see it on my PS4 now.

The solution to improve the sound volume of the Hyper X Cloud II is to update the firmware of the USB sound card.

You’ll need a PC to update the USB sound card but after it’s updated, you’ll gain functionality of the 7.1 feature and volume control settings on the dongle.

It’s constantly saying I’m playing Mortal Kombat PS3” on my PS4 and Mobile app and that’s what my friends see as well when it shows I’m online . I don’t know why it says that, it’s annoying and I don’t know how to get rid of it . Dualshock 4 touchpad not working
Okay. It's a been a while since i've posted up here. My problem went like this, the flex cables were stripped because I was stuffing them things in there which made the flex cable not respond to the touchpad plus it kept coming out which I never realized until I searched more on the internet and that was my problem so I bought new flex cable put it in carefully and made sure it didn't come back out which was a challenge and now my pad is okay. :)

Hi everyone,
I have got a weird thing. My PS4 controller auto press PS button and start my PS4 even it's turn off or in rest-mode. I have already trying to reset the controller but it's not working. I also go to Bluetooth Devices Management and try to disconnect it, and after that for around 3 minutes the controller auto connect again. I don't know what's going on with my controller. Please help me!

you'll need to contact support so they can start looking into it. Spent about 1,5 hours with them to rule out any possible issues before they forwarded it to a tech team. If you don't like calling them like me, you can tweet the UK support account @askps_uk who are pretty fast in replying.
Seems to be a nasty issue.

Unable to sign into PlayStation network

Urgent! - Can't access messages
Hey guys
Topic pretty sums up the problem.
I can't enter my groups and messages on my ps4 AND mobile App!
There's just a message "No messages found, start a conversation or create a group"
But I still get notifications about my Groups and chats! If I try to enter it by using this notification it shows me a group with one person (me) for 1 second then turns back to the screen i was before.
Please help me, it's terrible!
