Refund
Y pre-ordered uncle drew and when it appeared I could watch I couldn’t. A long time has passed by and I still can’t watch. I made up my mind that I want a refund but I don’t know how to make it happen and I need help.

I get an error similar to this but I cant even load my career mode. I am also at 90 rating but once I try to load it goes up to 99% then crashes with that error code. I also spent a lot of VC and have spent money trying to fix this code and nothing. 2k support says its playstations error and playstation support trouble shoots have not helped.

Ps4 Controller X button Not Working
So upon completely stripping my controller down into it's separate parted I found the sensors wire that acts as a pass through to the mother board for each button was clear, My R2 button was not working so I followed the button and it's sensor all the way to the motherboard, half way through tracking along the wire I found a black dot directly on the wire and tried to clean it off, it remained which left me to believe the contact between the wire and motherboard was lost completely meaning the button was no longer operational, I found this happens with constant signals being sent through the wire to the motherboard blew the connection, I play alot of fps games and fortnite sometimes too and the rapid tapping obviously became to much for the controller as it is my most frequently used button, the same might be occuring with you guys, inspect the wire layout and see if you can find any potential points of weakness, if you do and it's minor and the button works sometimes try cleaning around the contact area and hope for the connection to be more consistent instead of on and off, if this doesn't work then there's not alot you can do unless your a tech guru and re solder the connection without completely ruining it, or find a controller that's broken on eBay or something and see if you can scavenge the mapping from that. Hopes this helps

All controllers unsyncing without warning. Help?
I am having the same issue, although my controllers just unsync if they are not in line of sight of the PS4. Which is really weird since it is Bluetooth.
I am roaming the internet to find a solution. I have reseted the PS4, I have not tried reseting the controllers... I was afraid they where damaged some how.

Problems with the 6.0 update.
Ran it these problems with not finding update, then finally made a folder "PS4" and put "UPDATE" in that and then the system file there. YES!
Now it´s working and I hope I don´t run into the other problems you guys are having.

Appear offline bug
Just got off the phone with support again, and the support member I spoke to told me that he had escalated the bug report to the head office, only for it to be removed from the report list with no further action. This was disheartening as he then told me the best anyone could do is escalate it to head office again.
He also claimed that most reports of the bug were around the April/May time of year, which was also when I first called support to complain. So in short, nothing's been done!
Sony has a full 5 stars from me for their service!

I recently encountered this error while playing a game that I had downloaded on a portable hard drive that is plugged into my ps4 I went to devices in settings and then i properly removed it then plugged it in and when I did that it said that my usb storage device was improperly connected the last time it was used and the ps4 “repaired” it since I did that I haven’t had any more problems yet
