Thanks for the heads up... There definitely needs to be more info on this error code, this is BEYOND ANNOYING. I have more than 3TB of free space so I knew it was not the memory. I just tried the restart method, it did not work for me, I’m not sure if my data is corrupt or not so I deleted the stalling-install (hehe) and did a hard reset (held the power button until I heard 3 beeps about 3-1/2 second apart) and it went fine. So essentially I'm not sure if the re-download or the hard reset worked but either way I'm good to go now. Sony GIVE US A SOLID FIX ON THIS ISSUE or at least let us know what this code means.

Playstation 4 wireless gold headset
I know that a lot of people have probably moved onto newer versions of headsets but I am stuck with this one and I've had it for a while now so there's probably no fixing it but I am willing to do just about anything to get this to work. So if u have any way of letting me know how to fix it then please help
The problems occurring are quite weird. I've seen threads about other people who had problems similar to mine and attempted to do the solution but nothing has worked. My headset does not blink when I plug a charger in, it simply seems like its charging giving me a solid red color and then it just suddenly stops, like the charger doesn't work. The charger I'm using is just simply a USB charger seeing as I had lost the charger that came along with the headset around the time I got it. I had set the headset aside for about a week or two because I was occupied with other things in my life, and yes I have one lol. Afterwards I tried charging it and this problem occurred, and I simply thought that I could use and auxiliary cord instead, but that didnt work either. The adapter that connects to the headset never recognizes it but I'm assuming that's because it's never on. I have tried resetting it and even doing the factory reset on the playstations headset companion app, but nothing has worked thus far. If there is anyway you could help me solve this probably or know of anyone who can please do let me know

Ps4 Pro crashing
Hey
Just bought a brand new ps4 Pro. Signed into my old ps plus account and started downloading my previously bought games.
Next to the games said cannot download and when selected the screen goes black and sits like this for 5 minutes plus until system switches itself off.
When turning the console back on I get a notification saying cannot access system storage.
Any help appreciated

Error SU-42118-6 while updating to 6.0
My kid pulled ours out of the tv stand while trying to yank out a cord, broke the switch that activates the motor to pull in or eject the disks. PS4 is a brick now.
I honestly think Sony did this on purpose. They release spiderman, let everyone get into it, and then release an update which bricks any unit with a broken Blu Ray drive, forcing a crapload of people to either give up on Spiderman or buy a new PS4.

Ultra wide curved PC monitors
I have the Samsung C34F791 and my PS4 slim doesn't seem to connect to my ultra wide. The screen keeps flickering and the audio keeps "flickering" with the screen, almost like it keeps changing sources or something. I've checked to see if my monitor was the issue but it't not. Is there a setting i need to be trying or is it just not compatible or maybe there is a fault with my PS4 slim?
Bit of info about my monitor:
it's curved ultra wide monitor
21:9 aspect ratio
1440p resolution,
Quantum dot display
HDMI settings (1.4 or 2.0) and (PC or AV)
Any help is appreciated :)

PS4 Controller Disconnect/ Lag
Hi idk why my PS4 controller keep disconnecting and then it’s wont connect back to PS4 so I have to turn of PS4 then my controller start working for 20 mins and then it’s goes off again and won’t connect back so I don’t know what to do

Ultra wide curved PC monitors
There's not a fault with your PS4 as such, or a fault with your monitor. The PS4 doesn't output 21:9 or 1440p
You can set the PS4 to output 1080p, but there's still the 21:9 aspect ratio that's a problem. Your monitor probably has a setting for 16:9, however the picture would then be stretched from 16:9 to 21:9

These three trophies were all unavailable last time I check. The first two are bugged out and the last one is locked up until Season 4 is done because there ain't no trials.
So the Platinum is a no go for those of us who picked up the game with PS+ last month.
