They are supposed to be fixing the two bugged out ones but that was reported several weeks ago. Still doesn't seem to be fixed.
I'm guessing people will just need to wait til the trials are back for the other one. Unless they change that one somehow

Corrupted Data on One Game?
I’ve just bought a new game on disk, and it keeps giving me an error telling me the data is corrupted and to eject the disk and close application. I’ve re downloaded the game, rebuilt the database and re initialised the PS4 but it still does it with this one game after 10/20 minutes, and other games on Disks are fine when I’m running them. Would it more than likely just be a faulty disk or is there likely to be another problem?

If it's new then take it back and exchange it for another one. If it happens again then it's safe to assume it's the PS4

There was one where you either needed to complete a prestige raid or a prestige nightfall, when the DLC came out it locked people out of the prestige stuff because of the high light requirements.
Everyone moaned so they changed it to needing to complete the prestige raid instead and gave everyone access to the prestige raid.

Cannot sign in using another player's sign-in ID
Hello, Recently I corrupted my PS4 by turning it off at the wall without completely turning it off, I had to completely reset my PS4 using the 900MB file and when I try to recover my account on the console I am greeted with the 'Cannot sign in using another player's sign-in ID' message, Is there any reason for this? I have active PS Plus on it and wouldn't really like to lose the account.

Error Code SU-42481-9
This worked for me. Though I didn't have to delete anything in advance. All I did was use the remote to completely shut off the system. Then I held the button down like it said until I heard the second beep then let go. After that, it brought up safe mode and I selected install software update and it did it just fine. Thanks for the help.

Message notifications not displayin

I think this error happens because the file has already been downloaded and installed. I got this error message so I deleted the dlc. Then I went to the game's dlc section and there the dlc was, already installed. Just make sure you have not already installed the dlc and just forgot about it. It's very easy to dl the same file that is already installed.

Capture gallery glitch
my capture gallery isn’t working properly. I’m able to take screenshots and videos normally, and my trophies save pictures as well. But when I go into the gallery to watch a clip or enlarge a picture, all I get is a black screen. This is even affecting my older clips from before this started happening. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix? I’ve tried restarting my console and nothing works

I think I've seen one other mention of this here.
If I remember correctly, you should be able to view them on another device if they're exported to usb, but give a black screen on PS4.
Not really sure what exactly is going on, it could be a few things, but that's just speculation.
This may not work, but it won't hurt to try; run option 5 Rebuild Database from safe mode.
