i went on the app on my phone, deleted the dodgy message which removed me from the group, shutdown the PS4 and restarted in safe mode, did a database rebuild and now it’s working fine, so far!!

There seems to be a weird message going around at the moment that is causing this. Others in the group chat have likely been affected too. Use the PS Messages app on mobile and delete the messages (and leave the chat if you can do that from mobile).

I have seen one user say that rebuilding the database seemed to work for them. Others have said a factory reset was needed. Try rebuild database first.

Start the console in safe mode and run option 5

And if you do need to do a factory reset, make sure you back up any data that you can (only from other accounts by the sound of this so hopefully the account having the issue has data backed up already).

Hopefully rebuilding database will work for you . Would hate to hear you've had to restore the console due to this.

I fixed the problem looking online, did the same you did, but I would like that this guys pays some consequences for his actions.

Unfortunately rebuilding the database didn't work going to have to try A full restore

I am having issues my ps4 keeps freezing and taking me back to the error page it is a software system issue but i can not up date my system as it keeps freezing what do i do?

You need to report the actual message, I think you can only do that from the PS4 which would obviously be quite difficult.

Is your PS4 stuck on safe mode?

cause mine was and I had to choose the option where all my files get deleted. And it started working again

I was playing Rainbow 6 Siege with my friends when all of a sudden the pathetic enemy team booted my team offline for an easy win. But not only that, the way the hackers booted us offline left my PlayStation 4 and my friend’s PlayStation’s completely broken. Literally every 2-3 my PS4 will freeze and tell me there has been an error in the system software (error code CE-36329-3). I’ve looked online for solutions and couldn’t find anything so here I am. I very much appreciate anyone that helps me. Thanks.

I have the exact same problem. Works fine on 3 old remotes but not on the new one 90% of them time.
