I just had the same story as you dude. But in my case i was playing Rocket league and we were 3vs3 . One of the players from the other team sent the same thing juegas and some weird spacing with heart emoji. And i did the same thing I deleted the chat and i blocked them . But my PS4 is keep crashing

An error has occurred in the system software (CE-36329-3)
Help! When I turned on my PS4, I received an error telling me that an error had occurred in the system software. It then asks me to report the problem with a comment, which I have tried numerous times. After this it thanks me for my cooperation, I then click 'OK' and am taken to the startup screen telling me about the photosensitive epilepsy kinda stuff. However, the screen then freezes and the PS4 restarts and takes me back to the 'Report A Problem' screen. I have tried this at least 10 times now with no success. Please help! i have tried to go in to safe menu at update software four times but it dosent help.

No sound out of my headset
Hi, im having a very frustrating issue. I have a sony wireless headset for ps4, i believe its the 2.0 dolby headset, and even if i put all audio in the device settings, there’s still no sound coming out of the headphones and the volume adjustment in the settings remain gray... (i can’t adjust it)

Hi I also have the exact same problem, happened to me today have done everything you done even went out and bought a new ps4, same problem on that one so it has to be linked to our profiles means I can't access anything from the psn store and I've spent hundreds of pounds in there. Sony needs to sort this out.

Fortnite not downloading
I am trying to download fortnite and it is not showing up in my notifications as downloading. When I go to the library it shows that it is almost done but this has been going on for two days now. I have tried unplugging the cords and renewing licenses. When I try to go in and delete it from my PS4 it doesn’t show. The only place I can find it is in my library under “not installed”. When I access it from the store it says “start” but then says “can not find application.” It was working properly before the PS4 was sent off for repair. Any suggestions?

Hi R3D, don’t worry, I think I’ve found a solution. As mont recommended, you should rebuild your database. Now that didn’t work for me, but you should try just in case. What did work for me though is manually disconnecting the PS4 from your internet connection by either turning off your router or disconnecting the connection in settings>network>connect to internet using a second account. Now wait 5-10 minutes and reconnect to the internet and it should work, at least it did for me, although about an hour later the same effects happened but I repeated the steps and it resovled it. I really hope this works for you, I know how it feels being locked out of your account because of a salty pathetic online player but hey, good luck and I hope you get your account back.

My ps4 keeps freezing
Every time I log into my account, my ps4 freezes completely and I can't figure out how to fix it. I tried booting it into safe mode 2 times, the first time I selected the first option to restart the ps4 it did nothing but freeze as soon as I logged in, and the second time, I selected the fifth option to rebuild it's database and it made a little progress, only allowing for me to join a party chat and then freezing. Please help I'm annoyed of this problem

Hi guys i played fifa 19 and sound just turned off and game crashed,then i got that error code "CE-36329-3" and now every time i log on my playstation network account ps4 crashes and that code appears.
Funny thing is that my ps4 works fine on other accounts, problem only starts when i sign in my playstation network account.
I tried everything Reinstalling system software in safe mode and nothing, it crashes again.
My PS4 is working fine when i am on a friends account or when i create a new user it
does not matter its only crashing when i log on my account.It freezes then crashes and sends me that error code CE-36329-3
My friend also tried on his PS4, he has the same problem. So i think its something with the account.
