You got a message from someone with Juegas in it and a ? And heart. If you have delete this and boot up in safe mode and do a database rebuild.
i had a message from someone with this and did the same. It’s working fine after I did this. It just seems to be random idiots sending these messages.
There has been nothing official from Sony, why???
Seems to be a bit of this going on lately, Sony needs to sort something out I think
Some guy hit me with this, I got it working again by deleting the message by going through the mobile app and deleting + creating my account again (signing in). Lost all my save data though. Some people suggested that deleting the message + starting in safe mode + rebuild DB works.
Same thing happened to my squad, he DDOS’ed us and we can’t find his main account
I deleted the message from my phone app did a safe mode reboot and rebuilt database, it’s working fine now.
I might give Sony a ring tomorrow if I find anything out I’ll update on here

If i just knew this earlier i thought by reinstalling system software it would get fixed.
Now i need to download those games again....

Sorry the message created a group, I’m assuming they hit multiple people at once, if you just delete the message, do a safe mode reboot and the database rebuild it should be fine.

I think you have some other issue, I'm now able to do a systemupdate via safemode, hopefully this is it for me
I would try a database rebuild first.
Thanks for the advice. I've checked and I didn't get the dodgy message. Checked my son's acct too, but nothing. Can you help this noob dad out one more time? If I restart in safe mode will I lose my data? Do I need to back-up to an ext HD first or is the "database rebuild" done by the PS4?
