hi i found out what is wrong if you have a message from someone that says juegas then delet message group from the app on your phone, start the PS4 in safe mode and press rebuilt database, this seems to work.

Astro A10 mic not working
The ps4 crash (blue screen) actually caused a the mic to malfunction. Astro replaced my headset under warranty for free. Hasn't happened to my new A10's yet.....

Not sure dude, it seems like something in this message triggers something to mess your account up. Although some people have said they haven’t received a dodgy message. If you have had the message do the steps I mention above and you should be good to go.

Capture gallery glitch
Does AC : O have a photo / video capture mode.
Have you been using it...
Delete the content after transfering the video/pics to USB and See if it works again...
IF COD features their photo mode we can expect even more broken capture gallery reports from those users...
Horizon Zero dawn photo mode is not effected as it is built by a fully funded developer...

3 Pages of 'Family Manager' issues and I expect this is the tip of the Iceberg.
A Family Manager Account has to be over the age of 18.. This is the Root of the problem, the kids that the parents want to restrict Playtime to have lied during Account creation and made Adult Accounts.
We constantly hear that Parents should be in full control of what their child can play etc... Microsoft have this approach but Sony don't. Microsoft put the trust with the Parents to do the right thing and not let them play anything above their child's age. Sony on the other-hand do this for us.
Of course, the Family Manger Account cannot be restricted in any way as its considered to be an Adult Account, thus the person using that Account is an Adult that can self regulate themselves But, kids are creating these Accounts instead because Parents are not supervising their kids during Account creation, or not creating the Account themselves for the child.
Even if you were to change the Family Manager, or add another Adult Account to the Family, you cannot manage another Adult Account. You can only manage a Sub Account. The kids don't want to lose their Trophies, Game Progress or Games. To manage an Account, it has to become a Sub Account, the DOB would need to be changed to the correct age of the child in order to do so... At this present time, that's not possible. Even if you log into MobileSony.com to change the date, it has no effect concerning the PSN Account.
Now, if this was possible to turn that Adult Account into the Sub Account and transfer all the Trophies, Game Saves and Games attached to that Account.... Many kids would not be able to continue playing those Games as they would now be restricted Online due to Age Restrictions.
So, basically a solution to this Family Manager problem wouldn't work, you may have the option to regulate the child's Account, but they cannot play those Adult Games to regulate... You can only regulate Games that they can now play under their correct Age Settings.
DON'T WE LOVE SONY AND THEIR WONDERFUL SETUP.

Capture gallery glitch
You have AC : O on your trophies list...
Avoid using the photo mode in the game until they update the game...
Ive done more google search and confirmed it has a custom photo mode included...
So to return the gallery to working order you likely need to delete the AC : O content in the gallery...

I think it has something to do with your NAT-type or dns but mostly your NAT-type because people with this error should easily be able to fix it by putting there dns to automatic but if the error keeps coming up even tho your dns is automatic then it has something to do with your NAT-type but i dont know how to fix that... The first thing i would do if it was my NAT-type is restart my Playstation and/or router. Hope it helped
