Ladies and gentleman I have solved it!! The file name isn't PS4UPDATE.PUP if you go into documents and along the top press "view" then uncheck the box "file name extensions" you'll see the file is saved as "PS4UPDATE.PUP.PUP" so rename it "PS4UPDATE" 👍👍

PS4 not turning off correctly
Every time I turn my PS4 off I do so by going to Power, Power Options, Turn Off PS4. Recently though, occasionally, when I turn it on I get a black screen with a message saying that it was not turned off properly and that I should not disconnect the power before the system is shut off. I know I didn’t disconnect the power and I definitely turned it off like I was supposed to. The last time I turned it on the message appeared again but this time it told me to insert a usb with the update file for version 6.00 or later. I did so and it seems to be working again. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it?

But your account should only be on your console. And you need an active PS Plus subscription on the account that "purchased" the game or you can't use it.

PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this. I have a 4k Samsung TV (I think MU6300). I thought my HDMI ports were messed up but my Xbox and Chromecast work totally fine in every input on the tv.
I would love to hear any solutions. This is insanity for Sony to go without addressing this problem. Its every couple of seconds for me.

PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
Try this
Step 1
Turn ON your TV, go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > HDMI UHD Color > Deactivate it for every HDMI port.
Step 2
Turn ON your PS4 Pro, go to Settings > Sound and screen > Video Output Settings > Leave everything on Automatic except for HDR and Deep Color, turn those OFF because you won't be able to turn them on as your HDMI UHD Color is off rendering the TV incapable of using HDR/Deep Color, so OFF. You will notice the PS4 Pro will go into YUV420 Automatically with no support for HDR.
Step 3
Follow step 1 (this time the TV will be ON, obviously), then activate HDMI UHD Color for the port you are using with the PS4 Pro. The TV will go black for few seconds, then will display an image again, same as the Black screen dropout we get. Then notice the PS4 Pro will change from YUV420 to RGB because it was in Automatic, then you will leave everything Automatic this time, including HDR and Deep Color.
Once you have done the steps above try to switch resolution from Automatic to YUV420 and back again to Automatic in your PS4. This helps to make it stable with no blackouts whatsoever.

Update on my random black screen and losing connection to the HDMI port
I was convinced it was a firmware/software issue but I still sent my 1 month old limited edition Spider-Man PlayStation pro for repair as I was unable to have it exchanged at GAME for a like for like because they were all sold out anyway I received it back a couple of days ago and it looks like it was a faulty HDMI port and I do know this is one of the most common issues with the PlayStation more so for the pro than the ps4 but the ps4 does still have this issue as I'm no longer getting this issue my advice is get the console in for a repair if you're still able to do because at the very least you will know if it's a fault with the console or no

Help reporting players
I know a couple of players who have been using a friends account to download games and dlc free of charge (they called it game sharing). I tried reporting on PlayStation but there wasn’t a category for this. It goes against the terms of service but there is no way for me to report them. Please help.
