This is an increasingly annoying issue with Playstation. We all need to do our part and bombard Sony's playstation site and social media support pages with complaints. We complain enough, this will get addressed. Twitter on their "Ask Playstation" page is a good and easy way to tell em about it. I tweet there all the time to let them know about stuff.

Ive tried to solve it by looking online
Ive done everything from restarting my app and system to fully intializing my ps4 and reinstall game and system harddrive im exhausted ive contacted sony and explained my issue and waiting for the reply

4K Not supported - 3840 X 2160 @ 60HZ Monitor?
The title pretty much says it all... this is the monitor which I have:

It support 3840 X 2160P at 60Hz, it is not HDR ready and only has HDMI 1.4 Ports
I tried plugging it into the PS4 Pro, and I can only output 1080p... I've tried changing HDCP to 1.4, auto etc, but nothing works.
Both 2160p - yuv420 and 2160p - rgb are greyed out, and there seems to be no fix nor support for this issue anywhere at all.
I'm tried both the original ps4 hdmi cable and the cable which came new with the monitor.
There was an issue back on 4.05 firmware with 30hz 4K displays but that all was fixed from what I've read, though I still can not output 4K
Am I going to need a hdmi 2.0 to displayport adapter or is there another way around this?

I have the same problem, it's worked fine since launch and now it says I'm not in the UK, which is a little comical so close to London.
Seriously though - this needs fixing as my daughter wants her Miraculous Ladybug fix.

Dead ps4
I was playing and the ps4 crashed, the game crashed and it looked like the ps4 rebooted. The light in front flashed and stoped and the ps4 didn't reboot. I have tried to hold the power button on the ps4. I head one bib but not the second bib, so i can't get it to boot into safe mode. I have triede to remove power cable. I can't get any light on font of the ps4. Can anyone help?

BTW they keep saying its not happening in America and here I am. Ok so it's October 19 this has been going on since the 16 and I just added money through redeem codes to buy the dlc not preorder the DLC. I went to add-ons found it in the front of the add-ons advertisements in the ps store clicked on it still errors and doesn't work it lets me search for it and enter the DLC page where you have the option to get to the purchase screen but its keeps saying I need to add money to my account??? C'MON!!! Just goes to show the even the best place to play is just a let down after let down like do they even play any of their games or are they in it for profit? Because half the people who preorder it are going to call ps services to get there money back are going to be hung up on and they only people who are going to get their money back are the ones who sue them but ps will make that process last so long that you basically lost all the money from the pre-order paying for a lawyer this just sickens me.

Add-on waiting to install (Add-on Tekken 7)
Hi guys,
I bought tekken 7 and i purchased the new character add-ons and they are still waiting to install. I contacted the ps help line they provides to me directions such as restore licence for the game and some other steps. Nothing worked still the add-ons are waiting to install and everytime that i am trying to intall them says that my playstation cant find the app and i have to purchase it from the store. The issue is I bought the game brand new and i have already install it in my device.
Cpuld you help me please? Also does anyone know how to request refund in case that doesnt work?

Guessing you have the game on disc? Which will be from a different region than your account which is why it's not installing.
The only option is to buy the game again, or the DLC again from the correct region.
