Won't download, or won't install?
If it says "Waiting to Install" then it's because your game and account are from different regions, and incompatible. You will need to buy one of them again from the correct region for it to work,

System storage is full but I have external drive
About a year ago I got an External Hard Drive since my ps4 was just about out of memory. Since then I have set everything to automatically download to the extended storage and it’s been working great. Today I put in a disc for a new game and it’s telling me there’s isn’t enough system storage to run the app. But when I checked it says the app installed to extended storage like it was supposed to. It also says I need to delete 900+ mb of data to use the application... which has already been installed in extended storage for 19mb.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Clear any notifications and old finished downloads and uploads.
Start the console in safe mode and run option 5 "Rebuild Database" then try it again.

I think we need to go to the FCC and file a class action against Sony and make them replace these faulty devices. Not to mention reimburse for time and money spent.

New PS4 Pro getting error message NW-35959-1
The NW 35959-1 error that pops up every time you turn on the console is apparently a problem with the firmware affecting the newest models of PS4 Pro's. If your using WiFi it will usually pop every time, but it should connect fine. Hopefully Sony fixes it... but I'm starting to think they don't really care.

Password/DOB
My uncle set up my sons ps4. He cant remember password and he didnt use my sons DOB to set up account how can i get the password changed or reset as i can't seem to do anything without dob... I have thought about making a new account but i payed for battle pass etc already and iv tried to use the same epic account with new account and it wont work. Please someone help or point me in the right direction! Or ill just go get a full refund my son is locked out of his ps4 account and cant pay his game with his skins he payed for! I refuse to buy i again on another account!

Password/DOB
You won't get a refund for anything as it' your (not you personally) fault, not Sony's.
Phone support, and they should be able to help you. You will possibly need to provide some ID to them (via email) and have details changed to your details, essentially making it your account. As it will have your age, you won't be able to put ANY restrictions on the account (which I'm guessing it probably didn't have in the first place with the fake DOB.
But if they won't let you take over the account, then the only option will be a new account and starting again. And hopefully learning from the mistakes that were made.
Use correct details, as the ToS states. Accounts can, and do get banned for using false details (especially DOB).
