If you purchase in-game consumables on the PlayStation®Store, they will be delivered when you next launch the game, until then you will have up to 14 days from the date of transaction to cancel. If you purchase in-game consumables during gameplay, they will be delivered immediately so you will not be able to cancel the purchase. In-game consumables are items such as virtual currencies (e.g. FIFA packs or GTA Cash Packs), boosts and other items that are depleted during gameplay.

By the sounds of it, you have played the game since buying the Points.. that will mean that the Points are now on the Account... and as such, they have been delivered and are exempt from the Refund you are after.
The Points will be on the Account waiting for the correct Region Game to be played.

Help: Kids have been playing as Family Manager
You wont be able to unlink the existing epic account from your psn account, then re-link it to the kids psn account.
Once an epic account is associated with a psn, it cannot be dis-associated.It can be unlinked via epic website, however can only ever be re-linked to the same psn account.
As I understand it, Sony will not allow you to unlink it.

CE-36329-3 really needs looking at, Sony.
I've had my pro for about 2 months and I tell you this error is really starting to test my patients! It's happening all the time. Literally everyday I'm getting it twice or three times. And it's not just games, I'll be doing simple things such as browsing the store, changing my theme or taking a screenshot/video in game and then bam! CE-36329-3.
Anyone else getting this on a daily basis? Anyone been able to sort it/fix it? If so, please share.

Forgot to reply: a new Hard drive fixed the problem for me. FWIW, it's a totally painless swap, just open the cover, unscrew some screws, plug and play and you're done.

Ps4 controller interference
I still have problems with or without the headset.... when is playstation going to address this issue?? I know why it's doing it but can you make a different frequency for the controller to run on so it's not an issue?

PS4 won't play installed game because there is "not enough space"
My PS4 was shut off incorrectly and will no longer play a game I have installed on an external storage device. It's saying that there isn't enough space to start the game but the game has already been installed and was previously working fine. In addition, there is 950+ GB of free space on the device in question. There is almost no space free on the PS4 itself, however.
How can I fix this?
Edit: I sort of solved the problem. I apparently had a second game also saved on the external device. After I deleted that the first game worked, but I still had 800+ GB of free space so I still don't know what caused the error.

External HDD Error code CE-41902-6
Worked for me. I had to use a different cable for the external HD. I had a similar problem with a controller cable.
