Well I think you need to go into the game for the Saved data to be automatically uploaded. If you finished and never go in it after you has PS+, then I don't think it saved anything in the cloud.

PS4 Pro won't turn on
Potential solutions:
This exact same thing happened to me last night. On a few previous occasions, it hasn’t come on after being in either off or rest mode. Two solutions have worked out for me:
1. Taking the hard drive out, putting it down safely and then turning my attention to the Playstation and giving it a good whacking with my fist. On this last occasion, this technique didn’t work though.
2. Inspired by comments about vacuum cleaners and air compressors, I took my bike tire inflator tool (the one with the tiny CO2 cylinders) and blew it through all vents. This worked for me just now.
I see potentially one thing in common in all the solutions mentioned here and in other posts. Dust. It’s probably interfering with the circuit boards. Whacking it, blowing or sucking it must be dislodging the problem particles.

Update!
I switched to an ethernet cable, and originally it set my NAT Type to 3.
After port forwarding, it switched the NAT Type to 2. On Black Ops 4 it says my NAT Type is Open. But i still can't play any multiplayer matches....
Help?

Turn off Wi-fi on mobile.
Turn on Mobile Data and create a Hotspot from the internet settings on the phone.
Connect the PS to that Hotspot.

Perhaps you have a Game Disc from a different Region than your PS Account??
If you have then you wont get them until you buy the Game from the correct Region to match your Account.
or was it some kind of Sony offer??
They normally will be added around 14 Days or so later if you have taken a Sony Offer to acquire the Points..
