Settings>account management> restore licenses.
If this doesn't work and you have the PS set up as primary try to disconnect the PS from the internet and try to start the game. Let mke know if it works.

No sound from PS4 on TV
My tv plays all the sounds from my ps4 except the voices. My ps vr plays it all just fine but my tv works perfect with everything else. Ive tried resetting my settings. Idk whats going on. It will also work fine with the commentary on, but just watching a movie it has no voices.

Microphone issues
Hey there everyone, having a really bad problem with my PS4 and using any microphone/headset plugged into the 3.5 mm jack, that would come and go. I will be using my headset(a Hyper X corded one) plugged into the controller, and the mic quality will start what can best be described as 'wavering', as in every other word in a sentence will be quieter and quieter. This will happen at random while in party chats or streaming. I've fiddled with the mic volume setting, humming into the microphone like a doofus and I will hear what people are talking about, the sound going 'HMMmmMMmm..." until it's nearly inaudible. I've tried everything I have found suggested for fixing such things, from trying other controllers to different earbud/in-line mics, to rebuilding the database, to powering off and unplugging the system for 20 minutes, to power-cycling the router. Nothing seems to work, and this time seems to be permanent. I've already tried searching Reddit and found no remedies, so any advice, help or solutions are welcome and needed.

PS4 Slim shuts down in Darksiders 2 Deathinitive
Same story here Man, I have tried everything (deleting, reinstalling, changing the settings,etc) but the outcome is always the same, you might be able to play a little bit longer but sooner or later it will crash. To be honest I don't think neither Sony nor the developers care about it anymore...I just gave up.

It’s not a license issue. It seems more like a runtime (software) issue. It is a full on crash back to desktop and does not even create an error log.

Same here, I simply gave up. And as the result, I decided not to purchase Darksiders 3 on any platform. That might be the only thing we can do as a gamer abandoned by developers

Playstation Update
Hello!
My PS4 was on update 6.02 previously and I tried to update it. However I kept getting the error SU-42477-4. The update would complete the download to a 100%. However, when It tries the update, it goes "Preparing to update: 0%" then the error pops up. and completely deletes the update or something since I have to download the file again.
So, I tried to update the PS4 on Safe mode using internet. However, same thing happened here as well. The update downloads to a 100% and I get the error and it says to shut PS4 off.
Then I fully initialized the PS4 then tried to update again, normally and on safe mode. However I still got the error. So, I downloaded the new installation thing and tried to "Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)" on Safe mode. At first I would get the error CE-35949-0, but after taking the pen-drive out and putting it back on, it showed the file and tried to initialize. It prepared for the procedure and someway through the mark of Reinstalling the message "System can't access System storage". Tried it a few more times, same story. Tried to initialize and then Initialize(Reinstall). Nope.
I downloaded the 6.20 update since that wouldn't work on a pen-drive and then, tried to update it with USB. This time, It starts to update but then it crashes after trying to download it and I get the error CE-30780-8"
Additional information:
It's a PS4 Pro. I bought it during the release. I don't play the console often.
I left my little cousin to play PS4 and once he dropped it from a low height to the ground, but even since then, I downloaded updates. I definitely downloaded updates for games. Everything works fit and fine.
Since it says can't access system storage or something I checked on the PS4, storage, and it shows 834GB free or something. Can access and delete games from there.
Any ideas?

PS4 is stuck at 99% on "Updating system storage" screen
Been having this problem since November now we're close to February.
First it started I had to initialize my p4 every two weeks then it turned into every two days, had no other option but reinstalling the system software because my down button on the dpad didn't work but as soon as I got a new controller when it'll tell me to reinstall I'll boot up safe mode and pick rebuild database no reinstall needed and it seemed to work for a while but now when I try it my PS4 won't go pass 99%.
Should I just toss my PlayStation out the window and buy a Xbox?

You need the update for installation, NOT just the update
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section called Perform a new installation of the system software
The correct file download is in that section.
Delete all the old updates from PC and memory stick before downloading that.

Yeah, I downloaded the 900 smth MB file for New installations when I did it for new installations. I have downloaded on my PC both that, and the 6.20 one which is 400 smth.

when i try to up date my games or download something it says download file error and the code is NW-31449-1 and then the playstation 4 website with search error codes did not recognize it
