PS4 - Not enough free space in system storage
Hello. Black ops 4 just had an update and it was abour 7gb. I have 217gb of free space in my extended storage but i still had to remove a game in order to do the update? Whats up with that?

How much free system storage space do you have available on the internal HDD?
If it's low it can still cause problems even if you are downloading to the external HDD.

Playstation Update
I just re-downloaded the larger file of the two onto the Pen-drive and tried to do Initialize, but it goes "Preparing to update" goes right to 99%, then the error pops up. ERROR SU-42477-4, Can't access System Storage. The Files on the pen were PS4 -> UPDATE -> PS4UPDATE.PUP
Unfortunately there really isn't an official service center in my country, and thus only 3rd party repair centers are the only choice and I'm not sure about those. I had a friend in the US buy 2 PS4 Pros for me when it released and send them to me.

You need to delete stuff. You don't have enough space to download whatever you're trying to download.

After many tries of almost everything, main moment at me was DELETEing the acc (US, primary in that case) through the console when I'm log off from it. After that in my secondary
(EU acc) i Create new use, I mean log in again in that US acc and VOILA - everthing works like charm.... for now!

External hard drive wont reconnect
While playing a game that I just downloaded I randomly got forced out of it. Then a message came up saying that my external hard drive got disconnected. I checked it and everything was plugged in. I tried the classic unplug then plug back in but it won't reconnect. Please help

Download to system storage
So have spent almost a full year on my Minecraft world and it said damage corrupted and I have it in my online and system storage. So I have tried over and over again to download it on to my application and it says downloading error CE-33116-4
What do I do please help

PS4 controllers keep disconnecting
I have the same problem.... I have had my PS4 for a couple of years, controllers started to disconnect so I would swap with one charging. Now they disconnect randomly and the aim or control is funky when I start them back up. It started with Black Ops 4 but now happens in all my games.... Answers in all other forums I have found have done nothing to help.

Sony Gold Wireless Headset Problem
Hi everyone. I can't get any chat through my headset when in "All Audio". My friends can hear me, but i can't hear them. I've tried manually adjusting the settings on the headset themselves, but no luck. Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Update files copying
I’m not sure if you found an answer yet, but if you haven’t, if you own an extended storage device, it needs to copy it. Not only will it download it on the main console but it will also move it to the extended storage, and I understand it’s very frustrating with how long it takes to download.
