Basically, I purchased the offer for 12 months of PS online with the offer of 1,050 Fifa Points. That was £49.99.
I have received the 12 months of online but I have not received the 1,050 Fifa Points into my account which I was desperate for to get a pack that has now expired.
Can you gelp help me fix this please.

So anthem crashed on my PlayStation a few times which wasn’t a huge problem for me but on the third time it hard crashed my entire PlayStation? It turned itself off and wouldn’t come on again for a minute or two. I’m enjoying anthem but nervous to play in case it happens again. Anyone know if this has been acknowledged by EA or BioWare? Seen it happening to others a lot too

Why do people feel the need to moan/groan and rant and rave about something that's clearly their own fault?
1) You had the chance to send it in under warranty but you chose not to. What do you expect, a lifetime warranty
2) It's out of warranty, of course they won't fix it for free
3) It needs the HDD in it, how are they supposed to boot it up and test it, and it needs to be 100% intact. You can't send them some of the console

I was having this problem installing anthem. The only way i was able to fix it was to re-initalize my ps4
it did crash my ps4 twice today "take me to the hard boot screen"
It can take up to 10 days for these points to go into your account. You should get a notification on your console when it happens.
I asked for a refund also, instead i get a message saying sony dont make anthem, treating me like an idiot?!?!
I turned my ps4 on and this is all I get I've tried different inputs and different hdmi cords and still the same. Help please!
Also tried powering on and off and letting rest for a day

I tried my other devices and they all worked fine including the apps on the smart tv.
Same thing happened to me. They better get this fixed soon. This is why you need to do beta testing BioWare! Smh 🤦🏽♀️
Same here. I paid for the platinum version $90. I race people clean i have a video from when this started. I don't touch one person. And a guy in a porche kept ramming me and i got disqualified... Now i can't even play the game... It is bs to be faulted for getting ran into from someone else... They messed up with the new update
I have the ps4 pro and its recently started shutting itself down after i close application, it wont turn back on using the controller (controller light just flashes) so i have to Turn off the main plug then back on. After the ps4 comes back on which then takes me to the black screen doing software checks after that a blue screen with the error code CE-36329-3 something to do with the software error, may sound stupid but its only started happening since i’ve started playing Anthem. The second time it done it i done a full initialisation. It worked fine after that but tonight after i closed application after playing anthem the ps4 turned itself off again. Please help as its frustrating

Inserted the disc.
Checked for updates.
Downloaded "Not A Hero".
Successfully Played the game for a while.
Oddity 1:
In my library / Puchased it shows "Resident Evil 7 biohazard" as Not Installed.
Selecting it here shows Buy $29.99
Selecting it on the dashboard shows Play with the disc.
Oddity 2:
"Not A Hero" shows up as add-on content for RE 4, 5, 6, and Revelations 2.
It can be selected an used to start a new download of the add-on.
Oddity 3:
I now have a second Revelations 2 which downloaded separately.
The one which requires the disc is 22 GB.
The downloaded one is only 7.12 GB.
I believe I've observed some strange inputs from my after-market (Nacon Revolution Pro 1) PS4 controller, and I
would appreciate some advice as to whether the possible cause could lead to the apparent outcome. Sadly, I've
dropped this controller several times, so if there is an issue it would certainly be my own fault.
I've seen some button presses acting as 'holds', and others register late - sometimes as much as two seconds - but I also know that kind of thing is often user error, so I hadn't thought much of it. After dropping it last week I've noticed that button presses are often not registering at all. On top of that, there have been several times where it seems like one analog stick has just been randomly pushed in one direction for a second or two. I am pretty sure I haven't pushed the stick at the time, and FTR these incidents have not resulted in in-game deaths 
Can someone please advise whether damage to a controller could cause these types of problems? I'd rather not replace this controller if I can avoid it.

From the moment I bought the console, one of the (two) controllers is always "aiming up" (so obviously is not about the console itself).
Things like "turn of bluetooth", "stop the vibration", "blow air near the stick", etc - tried them all. Curious is that all above worked... but for a little while.
Today I sent the controller to warranty control. I hope it will change it with a new one... AND the new one will work.
But I will reply here anyway, after I will solve it in one way or another.
But just a question - I see no feedback here from the PS staff. Can you please give us at least an opinion ?

That's normal behaviour in the Library, which I'll come back to.
What you are getting confused over is that the disc game is INSTALLED not PURCHASED.
The PURCHASED section is only relevant to digital download games/content .
ALL the DLC (except I think the Chris Redfield dlc, that can be purchased from the store for free) is included in the Gold edition.
The quirk of the library is that under INSTALLED games, you'll see two entries for a game you have installed from disc when there is dlc installed/available; the disc version, and the digital version.
It adds the digital version as you have relevant dlc tied to that game.
IGNORE the digital version unless you want to purchase that as well. It will still show all the available/installed dlc even though you don't actually own the digital version of the game.
I think your other two concerns are a direct result of the confusion over the first point.
