my ps4 just died in-game and when I turned it on it would keep once and for again in about two seconds, and I had to wait to try again as for a while it wouldn't respond at all. I tried juggling the power, changing outlet, gentle hits, literally about everything until I decided to change the power cord to a cord that is not from sony, and it booted back up fine and my house isn't burnt down! I know Sony wouldn't recommend this at all, so I say try start up with the unofficial. Then when you have cleared everything up switch back to the Sony one. If the same thing happens again with the Sony cord. Then your problem is the cord for sure.

That's a reasonable explanation (though somewhat bizarre) for why 1 & 3 are happening. Sounds like something that should be tweaked in the UI.

For Revelation 2 I thought the difference might be 1 episode vs all episodes. But in that case I'd expect the numbers to be reversed. For the full game it should look to the disc for the data instead of storing that much more on the HDD.

The explanation does not work for Oddity 2. Why would an add-on for one game show up in the store details of a different game?

Hi. I connect my ps4 to amp through HDMI, then to TV through another HDMI. My amp controls the volume of ps4. I used to be able to see volume and volume mode on the TV when watching films or playing games.

Then I got a ps4 pro. The only change I needed to make was to take the HDMI lead out of ps4 and put it in pro. Now the volume is only visible on TV when I watch a bluray film. If I watch a DVD or play a game the volume is not visible.

I don't understand why this happens and how to put it right.

I need some help! Me and my friend have the same internet provider, Hyperoptic which is a fibre optic Broadband. When we are in a Ps4 party we cant hear eachother because of a nat type issue. This problem goes when a third person with a different internet provider joins the party. I dont know how to fix this problem and neither do my friends! Please help.

That should work. All payments on the PlayStation Store go through the account wallet. If there are not enough funds in the account wallet, the remainder should be taken from the associated payment method.
