PS4 Pro random black screen dropouts
Except 80% of the reason I bought a PS4 Pro was to get 4k. If I'm stuck at 1080p, then I may as well have stayed with the regular PS4 and saved $400. I'll note that my Panasonic 4k BluRay player hasn't had a single issue. The PS4 has problems every single time it's turned on.

My screen also turned pink when i put a movie in, i thought it was just the movie i had put in. I’m pretty mad about this whole thing and no one will get back to me about if it’s gonna get fixed or not. I also just paid for a full year of PS plus and can’t even ***** play.

It’s seriously the update they did, my XB1 works fine with the HDMI cord i was using for my PS4. I don’t know why nothing is being done about this. Or give us the option to undownload the update, i couldn’t give a ***** about this update.

Something is being done but you can't expect a system software update patch at a click of finger, they've got to find the fault then fix it then test the update before it's put up for general release, probably won't see a fix until the backend of this week at least.

External HDD problem
I bought a External HDD 3.0 to expand the memory of my ps4, but everything that I got recognizes my HD (PC, TV), everything except the ps4. Everything that I try to do with my HD using the ps4 doesn't work, like formatting, format as extended storage, copying files, everything, it just says that I disconnected the device but I didn't, I even made a video. I searched Sony's web site but the errors are not even listed there. The cable is short, is a 3.0 cable. I can use it to back up files and everything but with the ps4 I just can't. Even if I format as exFAT using my pc, when I plug it into the ps4, it says I disconnected the device after some minutes. Can someone help please?
