Well there is a current DVI audio issue with system software 6.50 affecting certain TV's which will have to be fixed with another system software update but there's no news when this will be ready and released.

Another long shot; has anyone tried factory resetting their TV?

Obviously you'd have to set it all back up again, so it's probably an idea to make a note of settings, passwords etc.

Just wondered if anyone had tried and whether it made any difference.

Hey Guys, I’ve been having this issue for quite awhile now. I’ve been playing Apex Legends with friends and I like to save clips for every game we won. The problem is that in the saved clips, my voice is clear but the party chat is low and I’ve tried everything to maximize the party chat in saved video clips. Does anyone know a solution? Is is based on the headphones? Is it the game or what?

Disappointed by this stupid update which ruined my blue-ray drive which gives you the error SU-42118-6. There is no fix online the only way to effectively fix this issue is to send your PS4 on repair and spend $100 on it. I finally did this and it works now.

Such a shame I hope no updates ever ruins my experience or am switching to Xbox

its my second pair in 2 months Platinum Headset. no connection to Bluetooth even after reset. ? why Sony dos not fix this problem ?
