PS4 Pro constantly crashes.
Do you make a note of the error code? details will help work out what the issue is. Also if it's a constant thing then you can have it looked at and repaired free as it'll be under warranty.

Unable to load Horizon Zero Dawn urgent please help
When I put the disk in and press to load the game, it gets stuck between starting the game and the start menu and it only does this with Horizon Zero Dawn. I'm on my last trophy to get the platinum :(

cant solve ps4 and ps3 nate issue please help
well for about a month ive been working on this. it starts like this my ps4 and ps3 say Nat type 2 witch is ok but on both consoles i cannot chat on ps3 and i cannot chat in party's on ps4 cuz it says i have nat type 3 every single game i use on multiplayer says strict nat but how is that when i have Nat type 2 ive tryed DMZ ive tryed port-forwarding every port for every game and ive used all the ports for ps4 and ps3 and ive tryed static ip but well im having no luck
the thing is that my ps3 used to be open then one day strict then the ps4 did it. the ps3 and ps4 are getting so boring cuz i cant find anyone in multiplayer on any game unless they have strict like me i just cant solve it unless someone knows what im missing then please tell me ive spent so much money on games but can only play campaign and ive clocked pritty much all my games please help

Update file won't download
I'm having something similar but the patch hasn't even been added to my downloads and I can't play overwatch because it says there is an update. I have the space needed but it's not even showing any sign if downloading I dont know why.

PS4 USB port problem - ghost inputs
There's a weird problem I have had with my PS4 for around a month. When I was over at my friend's house with my PS4, he accidentally dropped it from a small height. When I returned home, it seemed that nothing's wrong, until this.
So, I use a fightstick to play fighting games. I plugged it in, and it started mashing almost all the possible inputs, barely even letting me to log in. I unpulgged it and plugged it into my laptop, and it was having the same issue. I thought, naturally, the problem must be in the device, so I was looking into that.
After a day, the fightstick worked fine on my PC and on a laptop, I played hours of Tekken 7 with zero issues. Then I plugged the stick into a PS4, and guess what - same stuff as the day before.
I assumed it was a fightstick problem and barely used my PS4 after that. Today I was playing some games on my Dualshock 4, and when the battery became low, I plugged it in to charge it. And then the pad started ghosting R2 and L2 presses despite me not even touching it. I unplugged it and this stopped immediately. I tested it for some time with some games, and it was just like that: DS4 not connected via USB - no problems; DS4 connected via USB - random occasional R2 and L2 presses. Sometimes they were so frequent that I barely even had a chance to press any other button.
There was one case when I plugged my fightstick into my PS4 and played just fine for ten minutes. Then it disconnected and wasn't working at all. After some time PS4 recognized it, but it started giving the same problem I described above.
Are the USB ports on my PS4 cursed or is this a known problem? This is freaking me out, especially because I can't find my PS4 receipt, so I'm not even sure if I can send it to the shop I bought it in.

I have a 2TB external HDD that I've been using for awhile. I just bought an Insignia 4 port USB hub. It tells me I have to connect the external HDD directly into the PS4. Could someone point me to a 4 port ps4 compatible hub that only uses 1 direct port?

Same problem... Everyone keeps suggesting a different audio cord. I've sent 2 ps4 gold headsets in for this issue. It works for months with the audio jac wire plugged into the controller, and the. The mic stops working. What gives Sony?

- You can only use one device for extended storage at a time. Even if you have connected two devices that are formatted for use as extended storage, only one can be active as extended storage.
- You can connect a second HDD for use with Media player, but you can’t connect two HDDs for Games, apps and add-ons.
- Connection via a USB hub is not supported. You’ll need to connect the extended storage device directly to your PS4™ system.
- Make sure you do not disconnect during the shutdown process or when putting the PS4™ into rest mode.
