If you want to know more about the details of his/her message, you might be best off messaging them directly so they can discuss it with you. Im pretty astounded that they've managed to find something that Sony havent yet, or have simply overlooked as nothing major. When clearly it is, if that indeed is the cause of the crashes.

There isn't really an option to remove it , I reported it but... I wasn't able to report the message or include an attachment. I reported his profile for vulgarity. So maybe including more options would be a better solution.

Where it has the box to "Enter Message" go up to the particular message. Push the Options button on your controller and you will see a "Report" option.
You can also change your privacy settings so only friends can message you, then you won't have to worry about people like that messaging you

In the Notifications menu, push the Options button on your controller and select "Notification Settings". Check that the boxes are all ticked for the notifications you want to receive (including the first one "Display Pop-Up Notifications")

PS4 Pro constantly crashes.
Yep. Mine crashes constantly. Over 50 crashes in the past 5 months. I have tried rebuilding databases, partial intitalzes and full ones. Nothing works. Will be going back to pc very shortly.

Error CE-33992-6 Solved!
If anyone sees this I tried something new for error code ce-33992-6 and it worked like charm.
First go to Network, then go to set up internet connection press use Wi-Fi of course then custom, now set your stuff up but do not test your Internet connection.
Ok now test it but at the same time hold the power off bottom when you hear the second beep wait 2 seconds and unplug the system before it turns off.Now if this didn't work I'm sorry all I can say is I did it and I was on.

Turn the console fully off.
Leave it off for half an hour.
Turn it on again, and check the storage again.
Hopefully that'll help.
If not, turn the console off again.
Remove and reseat the hdd.
Turn the console back, into safe mode this time.
Run option 4 - restore default settings, and see how you get on.

Also, is there a folder in "applications" called "other", if so how big is it?
Running option 5 from safe mode should clear that, it always does on mine.
