Speakers / Audio
Hi, i'm looking to get a new monitor and the one I want doesn't have built in speakers. I was wondering if I can plug speakers into the PS4 as I don't think you can with the monitor. If not then does anyone have any solutions?

Wipeout Competition (Help)
So a few weeks before the deadline for the WipeoutOmegaCollection (Remix) I had sent my Submit off to WipeoutPS4@Sony.com
I never got any response from that email address which made me question whether they got my submit it or not.
As you can see I have put hard work and effort into this. But I noticed 5 Hours after the deadline I had sent it to the wrong Email Address. As this was a genuine Mistake I sent them another email address (11PM 12th August 2017) Explained to them about my mistake. But I have had no response still. I have messaged Playstation Over Twitter, over Facebook and over the updated Email address provided on the Competition site Siee.WipeoutPS4@Sony.com.
I am really concerned whether they have accepted me in or not because right now I feel so gutted. I would much rather have a chance then no chance at all and I felt like I put my heart and soul into this Project because I love Wipeout. Even got the Platinum for the OmegaCollection. To have my music in the game or at least have the chance like everyone else has. Its like a dream for me. Something I always wanted to get into.
Anyway Im not sure if Sony Playstation Reads these Forums or who I am really contacting.
But my Question is, Do you think they/You can still accept me? I know it was 5 hours after the deadline, but technically had finished it weeks before the deadline and thought I already sent it.
I tried to solve the problem. And I am getting no luck where I go. I wouldn't of thought Playstation would be Tight about something that was a genuine mistake.

Hey my PS4 wont connect to my internet it keep saying "there might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or PS network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy" but everything in my house is working well with the Wifi

ps4 rebooting
Yesterday i turned my ps4 off by the wall switch in rest mode, the next day I turned it on and it took me to the storage status check page and it then automatically rebooted afterwards, except nothing would appear on the screen once it had 'rebooted'. A minute later there are then 3 beeps and a white light is on the ps4. I've tried safe mode, hard resets, almost everything.

Have you any torrent programmes running on a PC or laptop for example?
If so shutdown these applications down they are well known for causing problems with COD and GTA updates, unless the problems caused by lack of storage space.

CE-30784-2 Update File 4.73
So recently the power surged and I have a playstation 4, and now it boots into safe mode and tells me that I have to insert a flash drive with version 4.73 installed. So I have the same flashdrive that I have used for the playstation since I have had it, so I know it is compatible. I have downloaded the necessary software, twice. Once directly to the flashdrive and then a second time to the computer itself then moved it to the flash drive. I have attempted the installation both with other stuff on the flash drive and after wiping it and putting nothing but the update file for version 4.73 on it. After I boot into safe mode and choose initialize playstation(reinstall software) it pops up with the error code CE-30784-2 and the text "The USB storage device is not connected." Any suggestions?

If you need to initialise and install the software, then you need the full version, not the update file. It should be about 700MB instead of the 200MB update file
You'll find it at the bottom of the page that has the update file
Not sure why it isn't recognising the USB at all though

So when I record with the ps4 recording software the audio sounds fine but when i play it back in sharefactory there is a massive echo from friends but not me. So can anyone help me?

How many GB is your USB device ??
On rare occasions the PS4 has trouble reading USB sticks which have a greater capacity than 4GB, the max file size for FAT32. Try installing the system software on a USB device smaller than 4GB.
Alternatively, try re-formatting the USB stick to either the same format or a different format, so either FAT32 or exFAT

Friday the 13th cannot dowload
So i have recently had a problem while downloading Friday the 13th the game. It 'prepares to download' then fails and falls under 'cannot download'. This is the only item on my ps4 thats having this issue. Any help on resolving this issue would be very appreciated. Thank you
